I will admit that I think it was the best of that severe mid-album dip in quality. No, wait. I don't think it was. I forget. Wait a sec. 'Forever now' is the best from track 5-9. I can't believe you don't like 'The Spirit Inside'. For me, easily the 2nd best on the disc after 'I found love'.

It's a fine song... just one of the weaker ones, imo. :) I do like the whole disc, except that terrible Schlongface Peterik ballad at track 5.
