For G-OFF, and any football fans not watching but miss the hits.

G-Off is always perplexed as to how anyone could possibly love American football over Rugby, well G-Off, I found the perfect clip to show you why we love this beautiful sport, and why it brings us Americans so close together, bringing enemies into friends, friends to enemies, familys and friends together, why we start at 8 years old in Pop Warner, and play till we cant play anymore, usually the end of high school, this is what I love about it anyways, the real football, not the pussy shit that goes on now, enjoy buddy.

The fact that you thought you could impress Geoff (an Aussie) with that clip is adorable.

Bear in mind the stuff in the following clips is tame compared to the 70s and 80s.

Even our women play with more heart than those NFL overpaid Prima Donnas.  ;)

Pity, they can show when Jezza was clean up Magro. in 80's.

Or the grand final Hawthorn and Geelong, when Yeates crunch Dermie in first 5 minutes. That was one brutal grand final, like two cats punching on with Dipper

The '89 Grand Final was a war, but yeah, this is one of the most brutal ever.

All big hits and amazing to see.

My fave is that soft NFL though and the shellacking the 20 year Ju Ju Smith-Shuster laid on Vontez Burfect. 5 seconds along and Ju Ju actually tea bags him, its brilliant and payback for the hit Burfect provided Antonio Brown, which cost the Bungles the championship. The announcers and everyone were lambasting Ju JU for the hit but if you watch it was clean, of course the afterbits were not so much.

I poke shit, but I love the NFL. When you get to grips with the rules and appreciate the strategies involved, you realize that It really is a chess game. There's more strategic skill involved in the NFL than the NRL, that's for sure. The AFL, however is a level above all other Football codes.

Another when Lockett and Carven at Sydney , Lockett kicked a bag of goals and pig was let loose.

Then it would just be MMA, and guess what??? we utilized the FORWARD pass, making the game that much more captivating, it's really nothing like rugby, outside of it being a contact sport, that's really the only distinction I make.

Now I never said that, why you trying to do that bro? LOL, pretty smooth though, Rugby's a brutal and awesome game, I enjoyed the brief time I learned to play it, it's just not an easy sport to stay up on here, unless it's soccer or darts, we don't get a whole lot of international sports coverage, I mean I guess if I cared enough to go looking for it I'd find it, but I don't care, at all, I don't even care about American sports outside of the MLB this year, I refuse to watch them, and just like all the other leftist bullshit going on, they are too digging their own graves inserting the communist rhetoric into sports, and it may be unrepairable, this leftist shit is going to turn out to be a kiss of death to anyone who affiliates themselves with it, mark these words. sorry got off track there, oh fucking well!!

MLB. Don't even get me started on a Cricket vs Baseball/Softball comparison. That's a whole other can of worms.

I know zero about cricket, unless your speaking of the darts game, that I can bury some ass in, Baseball will be my favorite sport until the day I stop sucking air.

    • Overall a bit let down by this album Nothing that really makes me want to turn it up and blast loud, just an ok album full of ok to good songs.
    • Yep, agree. Came up in my YouTube feed today and I like it. Great clip as well. Need to explore this mand more, only been in and out of their stuff a few times. Seems a bit hit and miss, but with a lot of real gems along the way.
    • 'Tis indeed. Will be nice to have it all wrapped up in a sweet, sexy package. Except for the remixes...
    • The EP is the other singles they have released this year plus Heartbeats and a couple of remixes.
    • Jeez this dude seemed to be releasing music once a fortnight not too long ago, but it's been some space between, ay?  This is actually a surprisingly good, big catchy melodic rocker. Didn't expect it - nice stuff.
    • And in the most unsurprising news ever, it's awesome. Love it completely.  And is it mentioned elsewhere that this coincides with the release of a new EP called 'Hope?' https://lebrock.bandcamp.com/album/hope?from=fanpub_nfb
    • Album out March 31. From Lions Pride Music: Stellar Veil is a melodic hard rock band hailing from Athens, Greece. Formed in 2021 by members departing from the Melodic Hard Rock band Hideaway, the group sought to carve a niche that melded the heavier elements of hard rock with the melodic finesse of classic AOR. Their sound is described as heavier than traditional AOR yet more melodic than classic metal (Melodic Hard & Heavy), reflecting a unique blend of influences from the 80s hard rock and heavy metal era with a contemporary twist. Stellar Veil’s music captures the nostalgic essence of 80s hard rock and heavy metal, yet it is infused with a modern approach. Their compositions are characterized by soaring vocals, melodic guitar riffs, and dynamic keyboard arrangements, balanced with a heavier rock attitude. The band aims to offer listeners a blend of the old and new, bridging the gap between the timeless appeal of classic rock and the fresh sounds of contemporary hard rock. With their distinctive blend of melodic and hard-hitting sounds, Stellar Veil is carving out a unique identity in the world of hard rock. Their music is a testament to their passion for rock and their commitment to evolving as artists, making them a band to watch in the coming years. Stellar Veil is: Jon Soti: Vocals  Dimitris Paloudis: Guitars John Kontos: Bass Peter Papadimatos: Keys Harris Freeman: Drums Track list: 1. Safely Chained 2. To Mend A Broken Heart 3. Diamonds To Dust 4. Feel The Pain 5. A Thousand And One Nights 6. Sign Of Times 7. Cross The Line 8. Calling The World 9. Final Stand

    • Cool interview with their lead singer, John Cooper. Bit of a surprise to see this one come up today. I enjoy Zuby's content and have been a subscriber of his channel since around 2020 in my efforts to comfort myself in the fact that I wasn't the only one in the world being completely twilight zoned by covid. But I've found him to be a level-headed, logical dude and apart from being a massive christian (like all the rest of them, lol), I find sense in a lot of what he says.  And I found out along the way that this dude from Skillet (apart, again, from being a massive christian, lol), is like-minded and actually a real stand up dude.  Funny how musically speaking, I'd take Skid Row's music ten days and fifteen back around over Skillet's, but as a human being, I have zero respect for Bach and all the respect in the world for this dude. Anyway, interesting interview and it even touches on Skillet's music more than I thought it would. As for the new album, it's Skillet, again. 100% up and down, just, Skillet.
