Sister Rose were formed back in 1978 by 3 musicians from Ramsbottom :

Pete Nicolson : vocals/bass
Craig (Clanger) Fearnley : guitar
Johnny Jackson : Drums

The band has gone through various line up changes over the years and even had a break for 15 years, but clanger still remains. The name comes from the lads driving through city centre Manchester after a gig and seeing a brothel called sister rose.

The new lineup have finished an EP of 5 songs and are waiting to go into the studio to finish their first album.
"trying to bring 80's rock back into today's music" is our motto.
Fast paced, 4 to the floor Beats are what we are all about, combined with great hooks and superb lyrics, we seem to be what people have been missing.
