I'm not good at fighting games anymore. Street Fighter II, and the early Tekken series I played a lot. But I lost interest over the years, and the mechanics have changed.

Check out the Borderlands or Bioshock games....the last Thief game was pretty good too....

Borderlands was amazing. Borderlands 2, I felt, lost its charm. I haven't played the rest.

 

The BioShock series is great. That moment in the first one, I was like, "Whaaaaaat?? You bastard!!" BioShock 2 was also great. The story wasn't as good, but the gameplay was better. BioShock Infinite was decent, but didn't hold my attention long enough to finish it.

 

And then I traded in my 360 and all my games when the PS4 came out. Which was stoopid!! I really want to play Alan Wake again.

 

I've never played the Thief series.

 

Last games I played were Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Last of Us on Hard +, the Witcher 3 is almost finished, and I still have Batman to finish. I keep forgetting about that last one.

I'm mainly a first person shooter fan...just redid the 2 metro games which are also great....

I love Borderlands 2. My goal is to complete it. I really don't have the urge to play all the time like some of you appear to. So it may be another 6 months before I actually get there. The fact it keeps glitching out all the time is not helping.

And never trade in your old system and games. That's just stupidity. I have basically all of the systems I have ever bought.

How did this thread get hijacked by shooters? This is SF ffs;) Talk about mascot games jumping on baddies is ok but what's important is my new fight stick arrives tomorrow which means no CDs for me for a couple of weeks and I'll be ready to spinning pile drive u all.

How good was the rock n roll racing soundtrack on the SNES back in the day?

Wasn't it awful, with stuff like 'Bad to the bone' on it? Awesome game, awful tunes if I recall right.

 

And yes, Jacob, I know Karpetface is trimming my hedge.
