I've had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Jon for several years now. First off, you can't ask for anyone who is more of a "gentleman" than Jon. He has sent me music when I least expected it and always with nothing asked in return........he loves to exchange ideas and thoughts on "our hobby" and is not only a receiver, but a great contributor as well......

 

Jon.....you're the example of people I love being around. Thank you many times over and I mean it from the bottom of my heart. :beerbang:

      It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days. I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.

      Have to agree. Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol. Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive. Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.
