  1. I do have this record, haven't listened to it or any others in a long while, but aside from the solo and content its lacking that umph of similar bands from this ilk. Think the Gin Blossoms, The Refreshments, Better Than Ezra to name a few. And to piggy back on DP, every girls a 10 at 3 am.
  2. House of Gucci Man I am really enjoying these throwback films and this Ridley Scott affair is no exception. Cool movie, well acted and the cinematography, oof.
  3. This movie is a classic and it would be epic if Dice could be persuaded to reboot this ala They Call Me Bruce or the latest Ash vs Evil Dead. Could you imagine, I can and it would be amazing. "I can describe it, looks like a penis, only smaller".

    NFL 21

LOL. This and any other event like it is a case of if I could I probably would, but I can't so I won't. BUT something to be said for pillaging and plundering the lower to middle class that supports the NFL. BUT AGAIN, Goodell is a terrible human being and will continue his mission of destroying the once wonderful NFL.
  5. Nightmare Alley - This was a good one. Well acted, very nice cinematography and a foreshadowed but solid ending. Judy - Really enjoyed this one. Rene Zellweger did a fine job and sung too. Sad story though. Scary on Sixty First - This one was kooky. Worth a watch though.
  6. Well if this new EP from the uber sexy Cobra Spell doesn't tickle you aurally and otherwise then I am unsure what can be done for you. 7. Should have stuck with the football team. Other than the OG Redskins anything else would be silly. Case in point The Commanders... I can hear the negative press already after a rousing stadium chant of Commanders segues into or begins to sound like "COMMANDO" and then o dear are we in for another round of nonsense.
  8. Autojail? Autohouse? Jailgraph? Oh ferget it. Wait wait, Graphhouse!
  9. No rub but this is a sad bait and switch cash grab by using the name, even if the music is good it isn't Autograph.
  10. Well said and I have always said similarly, you do you but as long as it doesn't hurt me or my family (and it goes without saying acts against kids, animals, and the like are an instant game over). Same for religion, great praise whomever but don't look sideways at me cuz I got a Satan fish on my car.
  11. This is the type of stuff that takes a fine concept with regards to bias and acceptance and spins it the fuck out of whack. And that is why the PNW is in flames. Don't take this wrong, but its the unending rolling over that is setting an impossible to return from negative standard. Case in point your swimmer story Cody, all it takes (or would have taken) was someone to act like an adult and curb this shit. Sure OK you can swim with the girls, your going to do what now? Well than fuck off. Problem solved. Or can I go around saying I'm transgender just so I can whack off at pretty people and not get in trouble. Fuck I have been going about it all wrong. And as you've mentioned the first dude or dudette that looks at my daughter or son for that matter inappropriately will get a one way ticket to having a handicap placard in their windscreen.
  12. This is a very very interesting story. I am shocked you didn't go ham egg and cheese on those folks.
  13. This song has been covered a hundred times over by the likes of Saxon and Vince Neil, even thought the original version by Sweet is really awesome. That said this is one of my favorite versions.

    NFL 21

Or what is looking like a horrific halftime show... My gut tells me KC will enact swift revenge on the Bungles and laydown some whoop ass like no other, so KC wins the AFC. As for the NFC, I wish for SF to pull off an upset but my spidey senses say Goodell will want a "home" team Superbowl so the Rams play in SoFi against the Chiefs. We will all fins out tomorrow...
  15. A little different angle on this topic but the absolutely brilliant and must watch a thousand times film The Rocker stars the singer songwriter Teddy Geiger who at the time Hollywood thought he could be an actor, which he did fine, but I don't think he did much else with regards to acting. The music in this movie from Teddy's stuff with ADD and the almighty Vesuvius is just all around awesome!
  16. I did and that was something. Hopefully he doesn't second guess himself to much and yes the DK song was a TV commercial. and the long version.
  17. Not bad, that drum mix is tight and its hard to fathom that that is Jason McMasters singing.
  18. Is it pop punk, pop rock, rock, or just awesome?
  19. No argument here, BLG was a favorite for sure that really reminded me of this:
  20. LOL, I do like these tangents, kind of like living in my head... On the topic of great songs that aren't as played or played at all:
  21. Shakes the Clown, fucking brilliant. Jerry the mime. Fucking hate mimes. lol. Cody you desperately need to see this as it is funny funny funny throughout and Bobcat gets to bang the late great Florence Henderson. Speaking of Bobcat he is quite prolific and even did a "scary movie" (which be damned is real good): And I do like very much Cecil B. Real fun film, but it has Waters and Dorff in it right?
  22. They did record and release it on 2 versions of Hole Patrol when they went by Metal School and Metal Shop. I have the DVD they released 20 years ago (?) as well. Still haven't completed the collection with acquiring the Danger Kitty single, but someday. What SP should do is put ALL their albums, singles, etc into a glorious box set for a couple hundred buxx with some signed Lexi Foxx undies in it or something. They could even toss in a disc of Atomic Punk stuff, a couple Fight songs and whatever else. A couple DVD's, one with clips of the shows over the years where they had celebrity's singing an playing. A total compendium. They would sell thousands of them.
