  1. Agree young man. Not since those beer commercials where the voice over guy spoke to foam finger guy or peanut throwing dude has there been funnier commercials.
  2. Agreed the ads are funny. What makes this Europe ad even funnier is the announcer "The Final Countdown, if your Europe that's just what you do..."
  3. That is nice, a monster Metal Church vibe for sure and as mentioned nice and chunky...
  4. What is a coaster going for these days...
  5. Nope click on the band link, they have both albums available to buy there.
  6. Grimm Jack-Thick As Theives Shock- Once Denied
  7. That Final Girls is on my watch list... Did some movie time with the kids and introduced them to Galaxy Quest.

  9. Horror movie buffs alike are totally bummed to learn of the passing of Gunnar Hansen to pancreatic cancer November 10th at 68 years of age. Gunnar's claim to fame was as the iconic character Leatherface in the iconic Toby Hooper film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. RIP big guy...
  10. You should go. I'm not to big a Heart fan but I hear they are real good live. Joan would be a hoot to see live.
  11. Watched that Vacation reboot and I must say it was pretty funny. Not entirely a reboot as Ed Helms is Rusty all grown up taking his family on a family bonding road trip. Look for many tongue in cheek references to the original and some nice cameos. Spoiler: Chris Helmsworth steals the show along with his Thor's hammer.
  12. Which TSOL were you thinking of? I'm only familiar with one, True Sounds of Liberty. Punkish band and then hard rockish in the later 80's...
  13. Here is a full show, good quality too.
  14. You can get his Free Fallen Angels release from his website for 20usd...
  15. You should email the band again as I am sure they have many to unload now that the singer is moving on... I got mine from the band and a shirt for a very meager price. Yardstones with Noah Andréasson and 4 others.October 25 at 7:50am · We’d like to thank everyone who came out to Metal På Bruket and saw our last show with Jim Lantz as our lead vocalist! We love you all! A special thanks to Robin Jidhed who booked us, and to the working staff at the event! We wish Jim all the best of luck with future projects and in life. We want you all to know that we go our separate ways as brothers and that we love each other! There are no bad feelings between us, and we’re all still very good friends who care about each other! Yardstones will keep going strong, we’re currently writing songs for our second album and plotting for the future of the band! We’ll come back stronger than ever with awesome new material and a fitting replacement on lead vocals! Keep it real! /Adde, Sankt, Frankie and Noah Yardstones
  16. All super sad and devastating stuff. That said look at this thread topic Fromthe main list. It reads " another nightclub fire started by LV Kix". Daves video is pulled FYI.
  17. Farkus I thought it said TSOL release. Oh well the Trans Siberian stuff Is neat to a degree. My favorite observation is to the crowds and sales they rack up, far superior to the Savatage numbers I'm sure and I would suspect the current fan base is oblivious to the connection outside a few select metal heads.
  18. Dead Like Me not as good as the series and no Mandy Patinkin. Poltergeist the reboot. Sigh. Why just why. No humor not even creepy like the original just sigh.
  19. Ignored this thread as I couldn't fathom anything viable coming from the DL camp. I have not heard anything more from the disc but that Lets Go and Dangerous tracks and of the two Dangerous is a great song. Let's Go I could almost hear the Pour Some "HEY's", I wonder how hard they restrained to not add them. I find one common train of thought throughout this thread slightly disturbing and a bit interesting, I am hearing the words "classic sound" tossed about liberally but when I think of Def Lep and classic sound I can't help think of High N Dry. Maybe as this was my introduction to the band and my favorite still today (it would be really pleasant to hear an albums worth of tunes in the kin of Saturday Night). From what I am reading it sounds as if DL could have been more successful with an EP.
  20. I thought this film to be rather funny. Inside Out with the family, very depressing and sad for a Disney movie. Magic Mike XXL to be expected from the franchise. Channing Tat-yum is on top of his game and Geoff should appreciate all the tea bags...
  21. https://www.facebook.com/kingwraith/ Release date November 15th 2015
  22. The Italian band, founded by guitar player Federico Di Pane and singer Carlo Faraci (ex-Odyssea) plays a melodic power metal with symphonic arrangements and prog influecences. “The Prophecy” was mixed and mastered by Simone Mularoni at Domination Sounds Studio (DGM, Secret Sphere, etc) and it’s anticipated by the single “Waiting For The Light”. The Arca Hadian debut album is a masterpiece for fans of Masterplan, Avantasia and Allen / Lande project and it will be available at 15th September under Underground Symphony Records in deluxe digipak edition. https://www.facebook.com/arcahadian/
