    World Cup 2022

I always like to see the Dutch do well. Hopefully they can beat the Netherlands and their arch rivals Holland.

    World Cup 2022

I'm guessing the non Aussies here aren't familiar with our win over Peru to get us into the World Cup. It came down to a penalty shoot out. Just prior to the shoot out, we substituted our goal keeper for Andrew Redmayne, a penalty specialist with a unique style. He did the job and became an instant Aussie icon. Not just for his style of keeping penalties, but his now legendary celebration. He was anointed as the "Grey Wiggle". It doesn't get better than.
  3. Yeah, Jackyl 100%. I was gonna mention that.
  4. 3 releases from these Canadians... "GxDxWx8" (2015), "Wild At Heart" (2017) and "Still Believe in Rock and Roll" (2020). Killer down and dirty, Bluesy Hard Rock with a dash of Southern Sleaze. Here's a selection.

    Corona

Haven't you heard? Apparently, excessive masturbation can lead to Covid of the arm. Unfortunately, that puts me in the high risk category.

You quote these numbers that were fed to you by the media quite often as a basis for your arguments. Have you ever thought that these numbers were false or misrepresented? As for "long covid", just playing Devil's advocate here, but have you ever thought that maybe it's a result/side effect of the vaccine? You tend to have a lot of faith in the powers that be and what they tell you, even though said powers are now backtracking on nearly every aspect of the handling of this issue.

Yes, about the eating of testicles. I thought that was obvious.

Surely, no matter what side you're on in this argument, we can all agree with what's being said in this video.
  9. Now you know that couldn't be further from the truth. You're the most consistent contributor of quality here that everyone relies on. You needy, attention seeking little bitch.
  10. Nice one mate. This forum wouldn't be the same without you.
  11. The Noiseworks debut is iconic down here and definitely my favourite of theirs, particularly "Take Me Back". That track still gets very regular radio airplay and rightly so. Jack Jones never really fulfilled his potential. A stellar beginning, but he fell victim to the changing music trends of the time.
  12. Rain - Down in Hell. No, not that "Rain" (Michael Bormann). From the album "A New Tomorrow" released back in September. Very solid Italian Heavy Rock
  13. Very tasty Heavy Rock/Melodic Metal released last week featuring "Terje Haroy" from "Pyramaze" on vocals. Quality stuff. Here's 4.
  14. Killer third album from these guys released last week. Here's 6.
  15. I should've come up with the W.A.S.P. ones myself when I thought of F.D.G. Nice one.
  16. Do you mean acronyms? Then off the top of my head, AC/DC - T.N.T. (a two for one (band and song title) as with your D.A.D. example) W.A.S.P. - Rebel in the F.D.G. (another two for one) Aerosmith - F.I.N.E. Even though they're not acronyms, there's also, Pretty Maids - I.N.V.U... and Tammy's D.I.V.O.R.C.E.
  17. KILLER HEAVY ROCK!!! A guitarist from Argentina who I've never heard of before. He released an EP last year apparently. I've also never heard of any of the guest vocalists he's recruited, but I think I need to investigate. This is AWESOME stuff! Keep an eye on this guy.
  18. Def Leppard - Hysteria One of the best MHR tracks ever? Yes!!!.. 100,000% Rick Allen, you STAR!
  19. 38 years since Rick Allen's accident. I've said it before and I'll say it again, when it comes to pure mental strength and a source of motivation, Rick Allen's story is second to none.
  20. I haven't for a long, long time, for the same reason I haven't been to a cinema for a while. At my age I'd rather be in the comfort of my own home enjoying these things. A toilet close at hand, copious amounts of alcohol and certain other substances without the hassle of getting home. That's good enough for me.
  21. One of the Greats IMO. A Beyond Killer Sleaze album. I'm not sure what became of these guys. I really love this album. The ballad, "In Need of Love", wouldn't feel out of place on an early D2 album. Here's 6.
  22. I've never been on one, but it sounds very cool. I think I may have asked this question the last time this topic came up, but I can't remember the answer... What's the Male to Female ratio? Trollops?
