Just wanted to give a heads up to everybody to avoid buying anything on Amazon from seller "MelWill". Not only is he selling boots, but the package he sent me had a return label with a NY address, but also had a customs form & was stamped "Czech Republic".

Yep, the DCC gold cd's are awesome if you're an audiophile wanting the best sounding version of a particular album. These are the same guys who released Megadeth's Countdown To Extinction a couple years back. I've picked up their version of Cars - Heartbeat City, Yes - 90125, & Billy Idol - Rebel Yell. And they all sound fantastic.

Overkill seems to have a knack for almost always having killer cover art.

Wow...shocking. One of my all time favorite bands. The fact that they were a band so close to where I live made them that much more special. They will be missed.

Backed. Megadeth's last 3 studio albums have all been absolutely killer. Why Metallica is bigger than them is a mystery, cause they're output the last 20 years has pretty much been shite.

The problem is, they only look at peoples history when a claim is filed against them. They dont look at the history of the person filing the claim. Even then, they will probably only look for non-paying strikes against someone, and not how many claims someone has made. Its a shitty system on there, as we all know, and its only getting worse. Sellers have little or no security, which is a joke. That makes absolutely no sense...I mean how difficult would it be for them to check & see if someone has made numerous claims & is abusing the system? I'm sure all it would take would be the press of a button.

What an absolute shit. I honestly don't see how he's able to do this over & over again. You would think that at some point someone at paypal would notice that he's filed a ton of claims & flag his account as a scammer.

Yeah, but when they tried the reunion thing recently, the reports made it sound like it was Jeff who nixed the whole thing (because of his involvement with Foreigner). Now all of a sudden he's up for it when his scedule clears. Maybe he just wasn't willing to work with Don again?

I thought Pilson couldn't commit to a full-on reunion because of conflicts with his Foreigner gig? At least that's what was reposted a little while back.

As far as Vertical Horizon...on the You're A God single & Everything You Want single, there are versions labled "radio mix". In both cases, these radio mixes sounds tons better than the album versions. Like I said, it's not a different arrangement or anything...the levels are just different/better. I just picked up a copy of their other single We Are to see if it has a similar mix.

So what's the deal with the radio mixes on cd singles? I was checking out some of my Vertical Horizon cd singles, & the radio mixes absolutely KILL the album versions. The drums seem a little more up front, bass has a little more "umph", harmonies are a little more in your face...just basically sounds a hell of a lot better. Dan, I'm talking to you. Have you noticed this?

Anyone have mp3's of Replay they care to share? I'm dying to hear the new stuff, but I'm holding out for the physical release.
