Ok, I just took a watch and listen to "The Datsuns" for the first time, as they are a band that was completely unfamiliar to me... and after that... I know why I never heard them before. This is neither hard rock nor sleaze glam to me... it's straight up punk rock IMO. Both musically and their imagery. Now if people feel that punk rock as a genre should be added to HH, I'm willing to listen, but with respect to current genre limitations, I don't feel it at all. I'd like to get input from a more broad cross section of regular HH members. -
New single 'Let's Get It Out In The Open' out May 17th.

Old video, but I just discovered it recently. Just a lovely chill... oh... yeah... that. Even if not your preferred genre of music, impressive nonetheless. -

Only got 4 keepers off Bleeders, but before that got 9 off Wretched And Divine and 10 off Set The World On Fire, so hopefully this one is a return to before the last album. -
Haven't been much into Bach's solo stuff but these new songs sound pretty good. That last one might be the beat of the bunch.

I never considered they were not active? The Phantom Tomorrow (awesome album, if you haven't heard it, you are in for a treat!), came out in 2021, so was kind of expecting something new to arrive in the near future, "Bleeders" sounds good :-)

Wow, harsh critics here. I missed their last album for some reason so just listening to that in line with this one. Most of my attention has gone to this new album FL89 At The Radio Station From Above Are the early standouts for me. I don't mind his voice, bit shakey at times, but the more you listen the more you seem to move on from noticing. Musically it's full of melodies and hooks with no syrupy synth so I like it.
