I love Modern Rock ballads. Anyone else?. Anyone got any good non-mainstream ones they like? I'm pretty much familiar with everything from bands like Nickelback, Hinder and Daughtry.

Second Chance, Not Meant to Be and My Little Secret were already in my collection. I finally got around to listening to everything else on the list I hadn't heard (except 7th Heaven, couldn't find it) and really like Dive's Tonight and Stanfour's Desperate. Good suggestions.

It's a 3-song EP from 2012 I only just discovered. The other two tracks are good too.
