Good album if you like the whole "slogging" grunge movement of the mid-'90s and especially the vocals of Chris Cornell. I haven't listened to it for a long time, since that stuff went out of fashion. My favorite tune was always "Pushin' Forward Back" -- great feel. Most of the album was too slow and mellow for my taste. Matt Cameron plays great drums throughout.
