I've used PayPal loads of times and I'm sure you can't get a full refund just because you don't like something and then not even return it!I did have an eBay buyer claim not to have received some CDs recently and had to give a full refund - you never stand a chance of winning those cases as a seller.

For sure. The buyers are protected way overboard here. I lose a lot of business because I require registered shipping and even then it doesn't protect me 100%. Garbage...

I stopped selling there because between ebay and paypal, your pretty much guaranteed to get screwed as a seller.
