Venus & Mars: New Moon Rising

I'm not sure when this was originally released but I think it was 1994 or so, though sounds like it's from the late 80's.

Apparently these girls did the Baywatch song?

Fans of female fronted rock/AOR might enjoy this.

Pick up the 2003 re-issue with bonus tracks at CD Baby for $15

They also have their debut album 'Grand Time' for sale but CD Baby lists it as $150.00 which I'm sure must be a typo and they mean $15.00

Check it out-

Also, Diana Dewitt is linked with the fantastic soundtrack 'Night Of The Comet'. If you can find a copy of this soundtrack on Vinyl or MC it is a great slice of AOR.

These are the people that wrote the songs on Mark Free's "Long Way From Love" album I think. I have this tucked away somewhere, it's decent stuff with good harmonies but is a little forgettable.

Yeah two of these songs are on Mark Free's album - 'The Last Time' and 'Dying For Your Love' (I think), I recognised them as soon as I heard them. There's also a cool cover of 'Tomorrow Doesn't Matter Tonight' originally by Starship. There are definately a lot of better FF rock albums out there, this one is a bit soft, but still has some great moments and IMO a nice addition to the collection.

Very nice. But all this stuff you're finding, Stefan, are you finding it to purchase or download too? A lot of it seems pretty hard to track down.

Hard to track down in what way? The CD Baby link at the top looks fine to me.

I can't get that link to work. Even when I google CD Baby and click on the link, I just can't access the site.

Anyone else having the same problem?

It works alright for me, but $15 plus postage is far more than I'd be willing to pay for this one. It's nice, but it's not us$20+ worth.
