It's a pleasure mate......I'm really looking forward to it as well :drink:

I'v also emailed them to ask whether the pre-order Premium Package is going to be different in any way to the official release package.

Will let you know when they reply.

No reply from them yet which leads me to believe that the pre-order premium package will be no different to the official release package.

Due to this, I think I will start another thread to discuss pre-orders and their worth

BUT THIS IS WHY :bananamac:

To all our loyal fans,

To all of you that have preordered the CD/DVD and have waited patiently we

feel that we owe you all a more detailed explanation for the delay. At the

onset this was always intended to be a two disc set, one full length DVD

along with an audio disc. As work continued on the project and we entered

into the final stages we came to realize that there was almost two hours of

music which well exceeded the capacity of one audio disc. We all agreed

that is was necessary to keep the Stubbs show intact, include the

Antones’ version of Spanish Moon along with the three unedited new studio

tracks. Without hesitation it was decided to add a third disc to the set

along with a 16 page booklet without increasing the price of the DVD/CD.

These additions have added a significant amount of time to the production

and though we think you will all appreciate these additions this is the

primary reason for the delay. All we can say is thank you for your patience

and hopefully after you do receive your CD/DVD you will be more than

pleased.

Latest message from the Band :bananamac:

----------------------------------------------------

To Our Fans and Friends,

After months of hard work the new Arc Angels Three Disc Set is ready for release. The package includes 14 live tracks, three new studio tracks and a full length DVD (Stubbs concert, Documentary & Antones Tribute) along with a 14 page booklet with comprehensive liner notes and lots of great pictures. This is truly the ultimate Arc Angels collection of music.

While Charlie Sexton continues to play guitar with Bob Dylan and Doyle Bramhall II resumes his work with Eric Clapton the Arc Angels' light will dim for only a short period of time. We will keep you posted when new tour dates are confirmed.

And again THANKS for all your support and patience!

- Arc Angels

Really looking forward to this any day now hopefully

    • Haha, a couple of you guys keeping pretty quiet about changed minds on synthwave, after being pretty vocal about how terrible it is/was? I must say, I never got into the dark synth stuff like Dance With The Dead... more for the fact that I need vocals with the synthwave I really dig. I've actually heard a few dark synth bands this year I've passed on, with vocals, that I wonder if there'd be interest in here? Just gotta try to remember who they were...  As for the best of the year, not sure what to make of this year. There's an absolute tonne of good to very good albums, but when I look at the top end I'm not exactly blown away by any amazing albums. Good ones, and a lot of really excellent songs this year... but my highest rated album this year is 82%... which is a good album, but nothing looks like even threatening the 90% mark this year, which seems extremely unusual. The best of last year, for instance, seems a lot better than the best of this year. Still, I can't complain as there's been a lot of good music... just not as many great entire albums.
    • Another band ruined by frontiers.
    • Yeah, sad news. Even though she was a quiet achiever in that group with Stevie getting most of the attention, she sings Lead on two of my favourite "Fleetwood Mac" tracks. "Little Lies" is a Killer. R.I.P.
    • For me, "Run-D.M.C." in '88 on their "Tougher Than Leather" tour when I was 16. A bit left field, but I loved these guys in my early teens. They weren't afraid to embrace Hard Rock guitars in their music.
    • I was there too mate. You can't beat the atmosphere of a concert "in the round". I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.
    • Keep a lid on it
    • This one looks like a fun ride....
    • I keep sticking with the band but my initial thoughts are that this is basically hookless. I sure hope this was just released as the first single cause it is loud and fast and isn't considered the best song on the upcoming album.
    • GENERATION LANDSLIDE (Cold Sweat / Lillian Axe members) – Ruling The Street Scene (2022) online sources · NOVEMBER 28, 2022     Comprising former members of both Cold Sweat and Lillian Axe, Las Vegas’ hard rockers GENERATION LANDSLIDE release their debut album ”Ruling The Street Scene”. Fronted by Anthony White, formerly of Cold Sweat and Cold Gin, GENERATION LANDSLIDE is a whirlwind of ’80s and early ’90s-influenced American-style melodic hard rock, complete with big hooks, singalong choruses and a feel-good vibe that continues throughout the entire ”Ruling The Street Scene”. Produced by White, the album kicks off with the ferocious ‘Little Miss Lonely’, then ‘Feel the Sensation’ follows with heavy gang vocals telling the story of finishing your day job and feeling the anticipation of going wild from seeing your favourite band in concert that night from a spiritual way. ‘Love and Pain’ relates the ups and downs in every relationship and the emptiness of being alone and ‘Are You Out There?’ is a tribute to the late Thin Lizzy bassist Phil Lynott.
