  2. I'm a fan of the first 3 albums. I keep hoping they will go back to that arena rock style. I guess they have moved on though. It's good for what it is, and an improvement on the last album, America.
  3. Pain of Salvation - Panther (2CD mediabook) 30 Seconds to Mars - It's the End of the World but It's a Beautiful Day (JB Hifi Exclusive bonus tracks)
  4. Is this another one of those "need to re-record for copyright reasons" things cause the band don't get income otherwise from their earlier, popular songs?
  5. I hate digital only. Well it makes it easy for me to spend my money elsewhere I guess.
  6. Went to see The Creator. As a sci-fi spectacle it was amazing. Story-wise though, the anti-American Imperialism line rubs me up the wrong way. So, as the story is the most important part of a film, I would say I didn't like it. It could have been great, but I am sick to death of anti-USA films and TV. But, if you can ignore thinly-disguised allegory, you might still find a lot to like.
  7. Sounds sorta like Paramore to me. Not a big fan. Doesn't sound like the old Vixen I like.
  8. Jelusick - Follow the Blind Man Jason Bieler & the Baron Von Bielski Orchestra - Postcards from the Asylum Jason Bieler & the Baron Von Bielski Orchestra - Songs for the Apocalypse Styx - Return to Paradise Anathema - The Optimist Kazzer - Broke Southern Avenue - Be the Love You Want
  9. Eloy - Inside Dirty Americans - Strange Generation Dead Letter Circus - This is the Warning The Fauves - Future Spa Tired Pony - The Place We Ran From Tired Pony - The Ghost of the Mountain Friendly Fires - Pala The Feeling - Twelve Stops and Home
  10. Yeah saw this posted today. Always great to hear some new Europe. I've been enjoying their later, heavier albums.
  11. Lots of my fave bands releasing new stuff recently... thus sounds good too, nice mid-tempo, clean track. Thanks for posting.
  12. You are an angry man and I am not the cause of whatever issues you have. I actually hope you do well in your business venture despite your hostility.
  13. Any verdict on the Saxon remaster? I love that album but don't have a copy yet. But you know I hate remasters that think making something louder is an improvement in sound.
  14. Weird you bought Anathema at same time I did. One of the most underrated prog bands in history.
  15. The Rolling Stones - Let it Bleed (Remaster) Eloy - Ra Anathema - Distant Satellites Anathema - We're Here Because We're Here Blue Oyster Cult - Revolution by Night Nothing But Thieves - Dead Club City Saga - Steel Umbrellas (Remaster)
  16. Had a look on the HH database and have seen far more offensive titles and cover art than this. Not sure I understand why we are self-censoring our history. I guess the woke, perpetually offended tribe have already won when they don't have to do anything and we all cower in fear of an imagined backlash.
  17. I have a sneaky feeling they'll do Shandi. You might think that is bizarre, but it was a huge hit in Australia but nowhere else.
  18. I don't mind it. Heaps worse stuff out there.
  19. That's a backhanded compliment if I ever read one! 😀
  20. I for one love Iron Maiden's more proggy modern stuff. Not as big a fan of the solo stuff and always find it a pity when really good tracks, like Tears of a Dragon, are wasted on solo albums.
