Equal parts of this after the ring gets on and other things virtually disappear...
  2. Wow "early 2017". So far away I have already forgotten.
  3. Ha, yeah I watched this the other day....to be fair I enjoyed it even tho is was ridiculous....and you are right, Alexandra Daddario is one hot cookie. Actually I've just noticed that she is in the new Baywatch film due next year. That is one excellent reason to watch it Yep, sounds like the best movie of 2017 has been sorted already. if i'm not mistaken, she also appeared in the first season of True Detective topless in one episode, forgot which one but a good reason to catch that show dude Certainly a great reason. I enjoy watching those Percy Jackson films with the kids as she is all over them. Top on unfortunately but still watchable.
  4. Yep me too. I do love Chip and Monaco can sing but no Donnie or Derek and no EZN. However I will gladly listen to what comes about and cast my judgements then.
  5. Nicely done David. I certainly appreciate the mixed bag of coverage. Nice and eclectic.
  6. Man I wish I would have found/known about this Scandi band in 2010 when they were active and stuff as I really like what I am hearing. Their FB has been inactive since 2014. Oh well still felt it worthy of some lovin' here, enjoy as they truly kick (ed) ass! https://www.facebook.com/lucidlegend/
  7. That video just confirms how much I like this band and how I hope the post man brings me my flippin' cd today!
  8. Those Marvy's are awesome and that album is great!
  9. No worries, I found I could not copy paste the videos using IE, so I went back to Google and it works every time.
  10. Easy Van Halen 1. Oh but that's 11 songs... Does Eruption count as a "song"...
  11. I rather like it, has a very Wingerish guitar lick IMHO.
  12. VERY stunned that there isn't a thread about this Chilean glamy rock band. Some super stuff! Party tonight is a window down cruising the waterfront classic if there ever was one... and the others are quite tasty hard rockin' numbers. Looks as if the long play Rock N Roll Under Attack was released in early 2015 and according to their FB they are still playing shows and active. Also looks as if a good number of demo's milling about. https://www.facebook.com/Exxocetchile/ https://youtu.be/m2FmirPS7u8 https://youtu.be/ITJAH7p046g https://youtu.be/eHbCzb2DU9k Tracklist: 1. Heavy Metal Angels 2. Shooting Star 3. MBSS 4. Say Goodbye I Love My 5. Lady Wild 6. Party Tonite 7. Latina Girl 8. Just Another Night 9. Taking over 10. Ride Or Die 11. When The Roses Die 12.- Speed Of The Wind 13. Never Let You Go 14. Raise Your Fist
  13. These Finn's have a 2011 EP Bad Commercial, a 2014 long play Shallow Mistress and a new single in 2016 entitled Shout. https://www.facebook.com/serpicoroxx http://www.serpicoband.com/
  14. In The Heart Of The Sea Its a Ron Howard film so you know it is well done. Very epic and engaging telling of a classic tale.
  15. Did not see any mention of this super sounding modern rock with some sleazy undertones and a bit of screamo (sorry) from this Finish band, Geoffrey should be quite pleased with these lads if he isn't already in the know. Drop The Pilot has released three EPs, "A Lifeless Burden" (2011), "Bedtime Story" (2012) and the latest, "Shut the Sound of the World!" which was released in November 2013. That said their FB is still active so who knows? https://www.facebook.com/dropthepilotofficial/ From 2014 From 2013 From 2012 (a little more screamo than the 2013 stuff)
  16. These are within the last few years ( no more than 5) and good stuff.
  17. Yes this looks great and Forest Whittaker as well. AWESOME! I, like everyone else am very glad that they are finally exploring all these alt areas that we geeks have been reading about forever. Splinter of the Mind's Eye anyone? OR...
  18. Wait... which, of the Holy Trilogy, do you prefer this over? Funny how you immediately go to the holy trilogy. Why can't the later 3 installments be my faves. Ok who am I kidding I barely could type that without puking a bit in my mouth. Truth be told ROTJ is the weakest of the trilogy. Courtesy of George and his fuzzy lil friends. A solid beginning and climax but a weak third act. Hell the ending was pretty shady too. And be damned if changing the name cause Revenge won't sell toys and appease middle America. So the new installment in my opinion and of course courtesy of a stand out performance by Harrison Ford is a better film than ROTJ.
  19. I liked that Chronicles of Narnia one they did or was that too prior to being a "band"?
  20. Star Wars The Force Awakens As everyone knows this movie is excellent. My third favorite installment.
  21. Not a current comedian in the least but for best in show the nod will always go to Bill Hicks. Untouchable.
