Gary Powers loves these guys.
-
Another classic Drummer/Vocalist combo.
-
Here's another surprising one, Keith Slack from Steelhouse Lane. A Drummer by trade who filled in one night for an AWOL Vocalist with an older band. Pre Steelhouse Lane of course.
-
Three songs from the killer "Von Groove" '92 album "Once in a Lifetime". A great band that features a Drummer as Lead Vocalist. There's a few examples of that, but it's fairly uncommon.

One of the best ever.
-
Me too. I don't get the RATT comparison at all. I always got a Danger Danger vibe from these guys.
-
Here's one more.
-
Sic Vikki - I Don't Want Nobody But Yours. I remember buying this CD in '93 not knowing anything about them. Turning it over and seeing Steve Plunkett as producer sealed the deal. The album is definitely one of the unsung Masterpieces of the genre.

You'd be wrong.
-
He sang this track on one of the Liberty N Justice albums.
-
Having thought about it, I guess the best advice I could give is to check out the individual "Song of the Day" threads for each genre. They're all pretty much on point.

Was this a cheeky little dig at me? If so, nice one.

I watch Savannah and Hoda every morning before I leave for work and have become familiar with the incredible heroics of Caitlin Clark. She's unbelievable and the "Logo 3" is insane. It's a shame she couldn't top it all off with this title. I think she'll be OK though. She's already set for life.

This one's always been special to me.
-
WOW. This one's really shocking. RIP.
-
That's a big question. I'm still refining them daily. As I said, it's very subjective.
-
Killer track from a Killer album that is a massive time machine for most of us here. I'll also throw in "Play Rough" and of course, "One In A Million".
-
Nice one, but I'd put that in the Melodic Hard Rock category. Just my opinion, it's very subjective, others may disagree.
-
"Video unavailable". What was it?
-
They're very well known. Frontman Luke Steele was in a moderately successful Alt Rock band called "The Sleepy Jackson" in the early 2000s before "Empire of the Sun".

Welcome aboard mate.
