  1. Priscilla-High Fashion. What a bummer no Suncity Records anymore.
  2. Its gonna hurt my run game in Madden 13
  3. loved him in Madden. Blocks like a TE.
  4. Remember the first Air Jordans? Wanted a pair back in junior high but my parents could'nt afford them. I believe they were $60 back then. Now thats alot of money. For most of my time growing up I had Traxx from Kmart. Anyone remember those?
  5. Still stuck in the 80's. Don't own any.
  6. If you like Die Happy you would probably like Applehead. They came out about the same time. Another ccm band.
  7. Had this when it came out but sold it soon afterwards. If you were to compare them to Badlands it would mostly resemble the Voodoo Highway cd. Although I really don't see a whole lot in common.
  8. Really couldn't get into them. I got their first 2 cd's when they first came out. Sold them later on. I remember I bought them because during this time period pickins were slim, even in the ccm world.
  9. he'd make a great recievers coach. Probably the best wr/blocker in nfl history. His hits are brutal. Go STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!
  10. used to watch it all the time when we had satallite t.v. But most vids I watch youtube via the Xbox. What a great show.
  11. Sweet Lips, gotta love the Betty Davis Eyes remake.
  12. I wonder what led to them reconciling? From what I read Mike Lee kinda weirded out(strange doctrinal issues) to there dismay. What was the persona he went by when he left Barren Cross? I thought he changed his name or something to that matter.
  13. It is kind of disappointing when bands rehash the same songs over and over again. Pretty Boy Floyd comes to mind on this point also. I would prefer to hear new stuff. Geez, how many cds can one buy with the same songs on them???
  14. Eonian sure does a excellent job in the quality department. I have been more than pleased with all they have put out. Cant wait for the new releases.
  15. Steve Blaze is one underrated quitarist. Although I only have lillian axes stuff from poetic justice and before, i am interested in this one. I was not a fan of their later material.
  16. yeah passwords are a pain but necessary. welcome
  17. I haven't listened to a tape in about 10 years. I remember it though it was Y&T In rock we trust. I haven't owned one in years.
  18. Love Tower City. Have their first cd. Used to have their second but sold it soon after purchasing it. Couldn't get into it. Probably cause for me the first was so good compared to what was coming out at the time.
  19. [i love the CD but then again around the mid 90s is when I stopped buying CDs coz there was so much rubbish around. This is probably why you are not digging this CD. Music is a time and place thing. I started buying and listening to music in the mid 80s - Whitesnake, Savatage, Bon Jovi, WASP etc. shaped my listening preferences and I am sure if I listened to music 5 years earlier it would have been Journey, Styx etc. I can't imagine what you would like if you were buying rock and metal CDs in the mid 90s... it was too ecelectic, cheap and confusing a time for rock music IMO. I too agree that music in the mid 90's were eclectic. The mid nineties and on was a lot of buy and sell for me. In other words I would by a cd on the promise of it having the 80's sound and if I did not like it I would end up selling or trading it. I started getting my own music around early 83. Y&T, Quiet Riot, Kiss and Scorpions were firsts for me. I do occasionally purchase new stuff here and there (H.E.A.T. and Marcello Vestry for example). With the internet now I can usually listen to an entire cd then decide to buy it. Actually I have a pretty healthy collection and have only a list of about 50 cds I want to get to round it off. I have plenty of music to listen to to last a lifetime without getting bored of it. Although I do get excited when a new band comes around and plays it the old school way.
  20. I hope no one feels disrespected because of my opinions. Just plain and simple, I didn't really dig this album for the reasons I have already posted. To each his own. Geoff sums it up probably the best. I guess if someone where to look at my cd collection 99% of it is mid 90's or older. Its true with it being 2012 or any music from such bands during the 00's that they is going to be some modern elements to it. I rarely I mean rarely come across a new band that I like. Usually the only new cds I purchase are ones that were recorded years ago and finally released on cd.
