So..... they didn't reach out to see how he was doing when he was in the hospital from 12/17 until the news yesterday? Sounds like typical douchebagery that Rachel Bolan is known for. I'm not surprised. Wish Skid Row was just go away forever.

Skid Row chimes in: The remaining members of SKID ROW have released the following statement regarding the departure of their singer of the past eight months, former TNT frontman Tony Harnell: "To the SKID ROW faithful, "As you may know, Tony Harnell quit the band yesterday. We found out about his decision the same way all of you did, via his post on social media. He had posted that he was no longer in the band before informing the band personally. "The last we spoke with Tony was on December 17. He was in the hospital being treated for 'bronchitis with asthmatic symptoms.' We were all very concerned and offered any assistance we could to help him get healthy. Due to his condition, we were forced to cancel our show in Chicago on December 19. The next time we heard anything was his post yesterday. "That being said, we are all moving forward and wish Tony the best in his future endeavors. "Lastly, amidst all of the rumors and speculation, there has been no talk of a reunion [with former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach] nor are we opening for GUNS N' ROSES. "That's it for now. We'll keep you updated as best we can. "Thanks for your support and understanding. See you in 2016!" The remastered/remixed Are You Ready To Rock MMXIV is far superior. -

How did you rate the Shakra's? -
Harnell: Tony has just posted this update: I was not fired from SKID ROW, I quit. Being ignored and disrespected isn't my thing. I had a great time performing with the band and singing so many great songs. I don't regret a thing! xo TH

I think Bleed & Scream is their best disc. Armageddonize is a close second. They are all good though. -

Well that's terrible news. But I wonder if they do have a new proper album due next year. They're certainly due. I was actually thinking about them the other day with all these lists of new releases due, wondering where there one was. Live CD supposed to have 1 new studio track on it. Here ya go Geoff: http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/steel-panther-to-release-live-acoustic-album-in-february/ Los Angeles glam-metal jokesters STEEL PANTHER will release a new acoustic album in February. The effort was recorded this past October at Swing House Rehearsal & Recording in Atwater Village, California. STEEL PANTHER singer Michael Starr told "Another FN Podcast With Izzy Presley" about the forthcoming unplugged record: "It's gonna be accompanied with a DVD as well. We're gonna debut a few new tunes on this actual unplugged, and we're not gonna put out the new songs recorded [on a proper studio album]… We're gonna actually record them live and release 'em." Although the STEEL PANTHER acoustic album already has a title, Starr declined to reveal it during an interview with South Detroit SoundHouse. He said (see video below): "The title is really cool. We fought tooth and nail with the record label regarding the title, 'cause they wanted us to change it. And I said, 'No. I ain't changing nothing.' And we didn't. So you're gonna love the title. It's fucking sexy." STEEL PANTHER is coming back to Las Vegas for three nights in January. They will perform at the House Of Blues on January 8, January 15 and January 22. STEEL PANTHER's third album, "All You Can Eat", sold around 13,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 24 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD arrived in stores on April 1, 2014 via Open E/KLS. Read more at http://www.blabbermouth.net/news/steel-panther-to-release-live-acoustic-album-in-february/#D5qzO9f10sQHIRkc.99
