He was often compared to some of the great guitarists in the Christian rock scene, but most correctly compared to the greatest mainstream guitarists of all time such as Hendrix, Clapton, Satriani and Steve Vai. Nothing they have released since Brave New World has really been that great. A few pretty weak albums followed, Dance Of Death probably being the next good one. Final Frontier, Book Of Souls, and A Matter Of Life and Death were all disappointing.

Album reportedly finished and will be released by years end. Thoughts?
