Very good disc! I can't understand all the animosity towards it. So what that Jani Lane isn't in it? Robert Mason's a great singer and the whole CD contains great rock songs.

Has anyone heard Bonfire's latest album "Branded"? It seems to have slipped under the radar. There has been nothing mentioned on here or on sleazeroxx about it and it was released in January 2011 according to wikipedia.

That's what I thought as well. I must have listened to this about 15 times now and I love it. Yep, definitely a grower just like GTBB. Love and Treat Me Right is my favourite song.

Not bad but definitely doesn't stand out.

First impressions: Not as good as Good To Be Bad. Some of the songs are very bland and seem to sound a lot like one another. This is probably a grower though so I'll keep listening to it.

New York Dolls - Dancing Backward In High Heels

I'm disappointed with this because it means the excellent Stone Gods won't produce another album for a long time - if at all. However, I'll be sure to check out The Darkness' new material. I'm not hopeful about the new material though as I thought OWTTHAB was rubbish.
