  1. My fave as well, definitely not blown away by this new album though.
  2. Are you just saying that because there is a member of Poison in the band? Native Tongue did not come to mind at all when listening to that. Yeah, sorry mate, don't get that vibe for a millisecond. Mmh... must be the bluesy sound, plus that sweet slide guitar.
  3. Not bad, sounds to me like something off Native Tongue.
  4. New album out today, first single: Nothing spectacular, but good enough
  5. I didn't know Carlos Puyol was a musician too
  6. I guess I can be the first to say it: Yup, that song sounds like
  7. The Greenhouze disc is real mellow, every track is amazing, check out the song "Tall Grasses".
  8. Yeah, he was a diabetic, I think he had a kidney transplant at one time.
  9. I E-mailed the guys and they sent me this link: http://www.recordshopx.com/artist/shiraz_lane/be_the_slave_or_be_the_change/ I ordered it, 7 days ago, haven't recieved it yet though.
  10. I can't make a top 10, but here are (in no particular order) some albums I consider to be perfect, albums I'd imagine I could put on repeat for the rest of my life, without ever growing tired of. Skid Row - s/tGuns n Roses - Appetite for DestructionDef Leppard - HysteriaMötley Crüe - Dr. FeelgoodBowling for Soup - Drunk Enough To Dance Bowling for Soup - A Hangover you don't DeserveGreen Day - American Idiot Green Day - 21st Century BreakdownMy Chemical Romance - Welcome to the Black ParadeFm - Tough it OutHeat - Freedom RockTyketto - Don't Come EasySaints n Sinnerss - s/tBon jovi - New JerseySteelheart - s/tSlamer - Nowhere LandGreenhouze - s/t Quireboys - This is Rock n Roll Hinder - Take it to the Limit Hinder - Extreme Behavior The Last Vegas - Whatever Gets You Off Crazy Lixx - New Religion Maverick - Quid Pro Quo Gotthard - Dial Hard Airbourne - No Guts No Glory Red Dogs - Working Late Dynazty - Renatus Izzy Stradlin and the Ju Ju Hounds - s/t Backyard Babies - People Like People Like People Like Us Pretty Boy Floyd - Leather Boyz With Electric Toyz
  11. This aor track on a melodic power metal album was a major surprise.
  12. Years ago there was this cool fella here named Tim, his email started with rio1harris (or something like that), we traded a lot of cd's then, anyone know where he is now?
  13. These guys have a new album out, still sounding very very good :-)
  14. I actually bought both Giuffria albums after I heard Dirty White Boy, great voice.
  15. I did not know that Mad Margritt tune, great song. All I have by them is 'in the name of rock' which I never really got into. Two good songs from an otherwise mediocre album:
  16. Quite an impossible task for me, I'm surprised though, that no-one have Def Leppard Hysteria on their list I'm pretty sure it would make my top 3. I'll think about it, maybe I'll come back with a top 10. Should be interesting to see people's lists.
  17. Bad City - Touch is my second favorite track off the album, after Call Paul Stanley. Kickin' Up Dust off Backyard Babies debut album is largely overshadowed by Electric Suzy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQXzHfis7HQ By far the best track on that album.
  18. Like I stated in my first post, I don't really care about how you come up with your ratings, I would just love to see peoples lists of perfect or near perfect albums, then I hope there are some between that I've never heard, to add to my collection.
