  1. Like that, a more uptempo tune
  2. Yeah they would probably repackage/release everything again..but on greater scale....in reality I wonder why the band havent been picked up yet though?
  3. Just preorderd the disc from them at Bandcamp.
  4. In total agreement...Slam still sounds as fresh now as it did back in the day...Come Back Baby,Make It East,Under My Skin etc plus some Baby Now I or Blame It On The Moon...hell even tunes on par with Ritual or Tamin' The Wild Nights would be great...although I must admit I did like Fight Another Day..it had its moments too...so yeah fingers definitely crossed
  5. That solo track is really rather good...nice throwback sound/image/video....the Loveblast isnt too bad either..prefer the solo thing there now though
  6. Hadn't listened to this a while so I pulled it out and stuck it in...ooooeeer missus more tea vicar ...the cd player Excellent hard rock disc with a solid sound, its one I hadn't given enough time to when I picked it up in the mid 90's...dunno why because lets face it we didnt have much to scream about back then in our genre
  7. I fuckin love that Fury disc, excellent album...I have both No Love Lost discs and they are pretty good...didnt know the others checked em out...Z-lot-Z remind me of Fates Warning and the Wicked Maraya of Queensryche..nice
  8. Love it also...hope with the new deal a new album on the horizon..much and all as I didn;t mind Invader i'd prefer the party feel of their previous output and the new song is sounding like that...happy days
  9. I see Rons looking like he's coming back to Utd...not the player he was but still at 36 looks after himself,he will score goals...but it isnt really where I wanted the team to strengthen...our midfield is awful...the muppet show of Fred & Matic atm is not filling me with confidence Still there have been some great deals this transfer market in every league...Monday is d-day...gonna miss Jim White though....
  10. Dangerous Toys - S/t & Hellacious Acres (Ironbird Doubles/CherryRed Remaster) Lynch Mob - The Elecktra Years 1990-1992 (CherryRed/HNE Remaster)
  11. I like that, although I can see the point with the sound...is that the style they went for?
  12. Had them all,but only kept Broken Saviours & Age Of Innocence (the first two) picked them up from Now & Then records at the time who were in tandem with Frontiers early on,wasnt too keen on the albums that followed and sold them on years ago on evilbay.
  13. I have both Road Ratt albums and the 1RKO cd as well as the Washed stuff on a download file somewhere, was it ever offically released? All pretty good to my ears. Dont know Explorers at all,bit of a Queen meets Extreme thing?
  14. Not bad,and as AlphaMale pointed out glad they did away with the def lep sound, its more like tesla even if I felt it plodded a bit...was awaiting the tempo to rise at some point and it never did, still its not bad
  15. Fair play to these guys, they do it all themselves with their releases and stuff, looking forward to it,although I have to be honest that the singer grates on me at times but I still love their output.
  16. Dr. Grind - Speechless Babylon A.D - Nothings Sacred ( Bad Reputation Remaster)
  17. My brother in law in a Newcastle United fan...I only thought my team was a let down...he goes into every season with no hope at all...but we still support our teams...no matter what, when I was growing up Liverpool were THE team, won everything...all my friends were/are Liverpool fans, but they stood the course like me( I was 21 before Man Utd won a league title) for decades without titles, now its come around again, my other brother in law is a Man City fan...but has been for many years and is now watching them take trophy after trophy...thats dedication...even if he now never fucks up about it lol
  18. Love the Premier League and like you I'm so gald to see it back..and back with full stadiums adds once more to the atmosphere. Man Utd fan here myself..all my life...through all of the highs and lows...not overly optimistic about our chances of winning silverware, feel we still need beefed up in some departments to properly challenge again , still a lot of dead wood needs shifted out and until then we'll always miss out in the final shuffle in May...but we are better than what we were a few years ago..which isn't saying much
  19. Looking forward to this one, hope it is aa good as id like it to be in my head.
  20. I've never been the biggest fan but they are excellent at what they do,was lucky enough to see then in their heyday before Bruce left and came back,as stated though they do have some classic albums, the Blaze years were forgettable...still dunno why they went with that & Brave New World is the only thing from them I've given any time to since Fear Of The Dark if i'm honest.
