  1. Oh, so it's an instrumental CD? Seriously though, musically it sounds promising.
  2. Do you know when it disappeared? I have not made any changes to the forum software or configuration.
  3. Instrumentally, I dig it, but the vocals put me off for some reason... a bit "gothy" for my tastes.
  4. I'm sorry, but I have never understood the allure of Glenn Hughes. His vocal style does nothing for me at all. This doesn't do anything to change that opinion.
  5. Interesting slice of modern hard rock, somewhat Shinedown-ish in places. I'm a bit surprised they're on Century Media though.
  6. Yeah, that. Definitely an album worth picking up.
  7. I've given it a few listens, and I'm not sure why but this one isn't wowing me as much as I expected. It's very good, but it doesn't blow me away. I need to let it sit for a bit and come back to it...
  8. I got that, trust me. As I mentioned in my original post, the problem is that it is no longer a sticky setting. It only reverts to the Classic design for THAT page. As soon as you click on another link or menu item you are back in the candy-coated design. Mike: You are correct in the business accounts are not (yet!) afflicted with this. Only personal and premier accounts are being forced into this debacle. My question is what happens when the Classic mode inevitably goes away? There are functions and features that simply do not exist in the new design. For example, the new search on the Activity page is a minimalist stripped down version of the real search. No filtering. No sort options. No way to see both gross and net amounts on the screen. I have not verified this yet, but reportedly data downloads are now restricted to 31-day ranges. You cannot download data for the entire year any more.... which is a pain.
  9. Well so much for my feeling optimistic about the Eagles. They look like fucking dogshit. EDIT: Apparently Chip Kelly handed out some competance pills at halftime... talk about 2 different teams in each half.
  10. Here you go. The menu across the top no longer contains dropdowns with the various feature sets. You now have to know where to go to find statements, reporting, advanced search options, etc. The Pending list does NOT show pending eCheck payments, and there is no way to archive/remove items from any of the lists, which was a VERY handy feature that I used to keep track of things from the front page.
  11. I've been giving PayPal feedback ever since they beta'd people into the experience, telling them how God-awful it is, but as of today it is now mandatory and there is no way to revert back and keep that setting. You can revert back for the page you are on, but the instant you click on any menu item you are back to the new candy-coated version. They have made the PayPal website a giant iPhone app instead of a traditional web page. It's all large icons, large type, and lots of white space. Nothing is where it used to be. What's worse is that the dropdown navigation menu across the top, which was in effect a site map that listed all functions of PayPal, a great resource if you weren't sure where to go, is now GONE. You have to hunt for where things are now located. Things that were a single click from the front page are now 2 and 3 clicks deep to get to, even if you know where they are. I just got off the phone with them, and the 64-year-old lady I spoke with was very attentive, empathetic, and fully agreed with me, but there's nothing you can do. It's now mandatory. I guess I'll be spending the rest of the night trying to find things I used to know where to find. (Sorry for the rant, but the cellphone-ization of the Interwebz is royally ****ing me off.)
  12. I'm cautiously optimistic about my Eagles based on what I saw in the preseason. I don't expect Foles to have the stellar year he did last year; that just isn't likely. I predict a bit of a sophomore slump (as in he might have 4 or 5 interceptions this year ). If they've improved at all on defense, which was their achilles heel in 2013, this should be a good season, especially given what the rest of the NFC East is supposed to be like: Deadskins: mediocre, might get 9 wins if they are lucky. Giants: 8-8 tops. Cowgirls: BWAHAHAHAHAHA! I expect full on implosion. I was really surprised in just how pathetic Green Bay looked last night. Rodgers behaved like a spoiled bitch and they didn't even attemp to throw to Richard Sherman's side of the field. Way to phone it in right out of the gate. Broncos might fall back to earth a bit this year, dunno. Same for the Chefs by many accounts. A lot of people are picking Tampa Bay to do better than expected; they're a dark horse for a wild card. Prognostications?
  13. Shark Attack kills... literally.
  14. Got an email about it overnight. Damn. Sadly, I'm afraid we will be seeing all to many of these as our icons get older.
  15. Samples of all tracks added to the main site. Click on an album cover to go to the page on the main site to listen.
  16. Overall it seems much lighter than the last album. More atmospheric/ballad tracks. I'm not sure if this is a good thing. I'll reserve judgment until I hear the whole album.
  17. This one, despite my initial distaste for the pitch/tenor of the lead singer's voice, is growing on me musically.
  18. This one is a grower. I find that I am giving it a lot of repeated playing time. Better than expected. Two of my favorites from the album: http://www.heavyharmonies.com/audio/kd_runningfree.mp3 http://www.heavyharmonies.com/audio/kd_legion.mp3
  19. Sounds promising. Nothing necessarily innovative, but sounds like one would expect from Nickelback.

  21. Flew under my radar entirely. Not representative of the album as a whole, but still damned good.
