  1. I've always liked the guitarist (a bit of Bratta and a bit of Matias Eklundi), Rodrigo is a virtuoso with great taste. For the song, the chorus "Hey money" don't do much for me.
  2. A friend of mine who love glam suggested me this band. I expected something more melodic than this. Sonic shock is terrible, no choice to love is better for me. I'm not into "visual key" .
  3. After Resurrection king , another interesting project from Goldie. Where are the others ex Giuffria who played at "Rockingam"?
  4. Thanks Geoff. Your lists are very cool and complete. I take a look to them before doing my favorites of 1989 and 1996. Well the 24 I've listed above, I have listened to them carefully. I've forgotten about Angra -The secret garden, I saw them live and take a picture with Felipe. Like Fat Freddy I must listen to W.a.s.p ,Armored saint and also Stryper (I don't like " pride" very much). Now I'm listening Degreed, very cool stuff (many people here love them, I think they could be the "winners" ). I've tried Care of the night, good but lighter than what I am used to, like Cats in space and Toto. I saw you like Issa, she looks good(for my taste) and she is very kind , I've meet her at Frontiers fest, but I'm not a fan of her voice.
  5. Very good album, great melodies. I am a fan of Pk 69, so I really apreciate the choice of Readman.
  6. 1-Black star riders- Killer istinct 2-The poodles- Devil in details 3-Trixter-Human era 4-Lynch mob- Rebel 5-Def leppard-Def leppard 6-Iron maiden book of souls 7-Bonfire-Glorious 8-Europe-war of kings 9-House of lords-indestructible 10-Hungryheart-Dirty italian job 11-Room experience- s/t 12-Revolution saints-s/t 13-Sweet Lynch- s/t 14-Kiske Sommerville- city of heroes 15-Eclipse-Armageddonize 16-Bon jovi- Burning bridges 17-Santa cruz-s/t 18-Ten-Isla de muerta 19-Toto XIV 20-Supremacy-leaders 21-Diemonds-Never wanna die 22-Art nation 23-Find me- dark angel 24-Helloween- my god given right
  7. Well after the list of 1989, that was very hard to do ( I forgotten some masterpieces, there were so many great albums) 1996 is so much easier. That time I was so dissapointed by hard rock bands who try to sound alternative or heavier (warrant, skid row,pk69,motley). So I start to listen to power metal band, nowadays this genre now don 't do much for me ( I have not yet listen to the whole new Helloween cd,) 1-Helloween -the time of the oath 2-Angra-Holy land 2-Dahmm-tra cielo e terra 3-Jaded heart- slaves and masters 4-Ten -the name of the rose 5-Rage- end of all days 6-Bai bang-ridin' high 7-TNT- Firefly 8-Gotthard-G 9-Ten Ten 10-Stratovarius- episode 11-Harlan cage- s/t 12-Labyrinth- no limit 13Bone Machine-dissapearing inc 14-Tower city- al ittle bit of fire 15-Manowar-louder than hell 16-Cita-Heat of emotion 17-Jaime Kyle- back from hollywood I found very hard to put toghether seventeen titles, The 90s were maybe the best time of my life, but the music was not good at all, especially if compared to the 80s.
  8. In my list I forgotten about Danger Danger, Mr.Big,XYZ and Blue murder, there were too many masterpieces in 1989
  9. Thanks Geoff. About Royal air force, They were from Milan (Italy). They made one ep and two long play. "Fasten your seat belts"(1998) is good, but my favorite is "Leading the riot"(1989). In Italy and in French they were known by the metal heads. Leading the riot was produced by Gene Allen (Lyzzy Borden). A few tracks are in the vein of Dokken (trun me on,Age of the rage, coming in) , some sound Heavier, Sorry for my terrible English. Those are the songs https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=royal+air+force+leading+the+riot http://www.brutalmetal.com/cgi-bin/band.cgi?BandNum=10690 https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Air_Force_(gruppo_musicale)
  10. It's a very tough poll. Late 80s were the best time, in my opinion, for hard rock aor (this means best time for the music). Anyway............ 1.Kiss-Hot in the shade 2-Skid row-s/t 3-Whitesnake-slip of the tongue 4-Silent rage- don't touch me there 5-Aerosmith-Pump 6-Treat-Organized crime 7-Tesla-The great radio controversy 8-Pretty boy floyd- leather boyz......... 9-Royal air force-leading the riot 10-Pink cream 69-s/t 11-Bonfire-point blank 12-Robin Beck-trpuble or nothing 13-Saraya-s/t 14-Motley crue-dr. feelgood 15-Enuff z'nuff 16-Lee AAron- bodyrock 17-Badlands 18-Kingdom come- in your face 19-Alice Cooper- trash 20-Tnt intuition 21-L.a guns-cocked and loaded 22-D.a.d- no fuel 23-Leather wolf- street ready 24-Michael Monroe-not fakin it 25-Msg-Save yourself 26-Swedish erotica (this one deserve much ,more than 26th position, but now is too late).
  11. I'Ve never been a fan of the "Grunge bands" anyway R.i.p. After Kurt Kobain and Layne Staley another singer of that scene has gone.
  12. Well maybe this is my favourite album this year. The Poodles and Trixter are the competitors.
  13. It sounds good. Recorded very close from where I live (25 minutes) That's cool. The monster in the cover looks a lot like Freddy Kruger.
  14. I like this new cd, one of the best street glam release this year. Especially wasted and wounded. Maybe they sound a little too much similar to Skid row.
  15. Very good stuff, very catchy. I like them, she looks good.
  16. It's a good new. They made some cool cds, so many great power ballad and melodic hard rock song. The new track is nice, maybe a little softer than I expected.
  17. Interesting come back,. I don't remember much about the songs of the first album(except last tribe with Richard Bengtsson, ex band mate), but I liked them. Primal fear don't mean nothing to me, I was a fan of Last tribe. There are so many incredible singers that I will sure listen this new album. Magnus is also a good singer,
  18. I really love these sample, killer chorus. I don't know why , I overlooked their debut. Somebody told me It was a killer stuff.
  19. Very funny song, I really enjoy it. Sound a little strange and I' read many people dissapointed. For me It works.
  20. I've never been a great fan of this band, but I'm glad they are back. Not bad the new stuff, but noting so special.
