There's a thread in the metal forum about the band and the new album with their myspace link. If you like Powerslave era Maiden with a little something extra and different then you'd like these guys. Their singer Tim Aymar sang on the Control Denied release with Chuck Shuldiner before he passed. I just ordered all three of their releases and paid $30 with shipping for all three: http://www.theomegaorder.com/s.nl/it.A/id.19498/.f
heaven&hell
Man I love that Whitesnake, I don't know what's going to be able to knock that off the top of my list. It's still my #1 but this new Canadian-New Jersey band called Rockarma make that choice tough. You should check them out, you'd probably like them if you can get over how the guitar player thinks he's Doug Aldrich.

While all their releases are great right now I prefer "The Longest Night". The new one's got to get more reps in the player before it usurps it. I've read that the M/V is a dead ringer for D2's "Screw It". Any truth to that?

Geoff
3. MARCELLO/VESTRY - s/t 20. STONE GODS - Silver spoons and broken bones That's two discs I still haven't heard. I've read that the M/V is a dead ringer for D2's "Screw It". Any truth to that? Not a dead ringer, but it's got the same vibe. Lots of the same 'Whoah-Oh's that were all over 'Screw It'. It is simply essential for D2 fans. The Stone Gods one is a must for Britny Fox fans and thank Christ is has nothing at all in common with the terrifying The Darkness. Somewhere along the way they learned to write a decent song and play their instruments. I guess having Justin F*ckwit Hawkins around just made them all deaf and unable to write a decent song from all the ringing in their ears from that f*cking "voice".
