I have enjoyed both cd's for certain amounts of time but they just don't stick with me very long. for the most part it is one spin and I'm done with the cd for another year.

Easiest poll yet. I was actually going to post a thread about Shy Tiger the other day and ask why they never get bought up in Indie discussions? Almost a big label sound, great production, huge vocals, absolutely perfectly crafted commercial hard rock songs... massive hooks, beautiful heartfelt ballads, sleazy songs about falling for young girls, a song called 'Drink until she's cute'... what more could you possibly ask for??? 'Feed the kitty' is one of my favourite albums ever, and Anatomic's 'In for the thrill' is a gem too. I f*cking love this band, if you hadn't guessed yet. Recommended to EVERYONE who has never heard them...

Tim Karr's cd was in and out of my cd player within 30 seconds. Not impressed at all, so the other band wins by default

That's what I was wondering. Talk about beauty and the beast. Jokes, Tim Karr ain't that bad... but maybe Shy Tiger and Anatomic would have been a cool poll?

I just saw those two cd in my collection today and were thinking about how once a year I drag them out and put them back. Not that they have very much in common, just kind of get the same treatment by me.
