Taylor Swift played to 96,000 at the MCG in Melbourne a couple of nights ago.

Her biggest show ever.

That's all very nice and I'm happy for her and the "Swifties".

The whole Taylor Swift phenomenon has been interesting to watch.

Her whole take over of the NFL and Western culture is crazy, but nothing about her has really affected me, particularly musically... 

Until now.

"The Screaming Jets" don't have as many hits as other Aussie bands, but "Better" is beloved and of course Dave Gleeson fronted "The Angels" for many years.

This feels like a betrayal.
