On The Road...

Recommended Posts

Driving from Ontario to Nova Scotia and listening to a ton of music that I downloaded back in 2001-2003 and forgot about...just transferred them to a flash drive and finding some real gems...

Beau Geste - Another night In The City (1986)...excellent aor from beginning to end...definite cd pick up

Belfast - Dream Machine (1994) ...Very good hard rock

Bellicose - Love On Ice (1989) ...Don't know how I missed out on this one, excellent hard rock/melodic metal, tasty guitar...got to track this down

And I'm only at the Bs....lol

I'm actually more interested in your trip. I've always wanted to hit the maritime provinces.

I wasn't sightseeing....just a straight drive from Mississauga to Yarmouth (NS)....I do plan to tour the 4 Atlantic provinces over the next few years but for now I need to buy a house and get settled...

What's the reason for the move?

    • Also last couple of songs have an Axl Rose or Stephen Shareaux vibe to them.
    • He has such a familiar and somewhat comforting voice. For me he was the best of Krokus. The Blitz, Change Of Address and Heart Attack. Not to say I don't like otehr songs, I do, but he make Krokus a nice rounded package with great consistant songs. This song is a bit too AC/DC for me, but as usual hookier and a better tune than most ACDC songs
    • So I've listend to this enough to review it. Overall it's a ptrtty good album. Most of the songs are good or really good. Not many if any great or mind blowing songs. So for me it's an easy album to listen to. Most of the songs will be keepers, amny of them will just scrape through as keepers.
