This Swedish duo are part of the 80's retro synthwave scene, producing music that is straight out of the 80's which makes me one happy camper,LOVE THIS SHIT!!!.

I don't know where it came from because I don't think it was always there, but by fucking christ I love this kind of stuff these days. I absolutely love those songs and want an album immediately. It's lighter, but I guess it reminds me of Outside Edge's debut, which I have always adored.

There's a load of good stuff coming from the 80's synthwave scene at the moment..if you like this, check out the 'Kristine' album that featured in my recommended albums last year which is excellent

Thanks, I'll check it out for sure. I'm aware of Magic Dance, but any other recommendations like this one or Magic Dance, I would hungrily take on board. Ideally with male vocalists, in all honesty.

The Kristine album from last year is Superb, played it to death last summer and it will be getting played to death this summer also, perfect summer soundtrack.

Kristine supplied vocals on a track by Shadoworks called eyes of danger. A guy called Pete Hawthorne from the UK is the guitarist and they were supposed to release an ep but don't think it ever happened.

Sebastian Gampl is superb, released his Winner EP last year. You should check out the New Retro Wave channel over at utube for ideas, the only thing about this new retro wave stuff is a lot of the tracks are instrumental.

Yeah, and in case you guys aren't aware Magic Dance just released his back catalogue on disc. CD-Rs, but something physical anyway.

I ordered the other 3 a few days ago, so waiting for them to arrive. I understand totally why these will be CD-R's, as they will be probably pressed in limited runs of about 200 or so. A lot of companies only offer fully pressed CD's on runs of 500 plus, so it totally depends on the budget. As you say, great to have them on physical format anyways..hopefully some of the other Synthwave artists will do likewise

These are finally, FINALLY!! on the Spotifies. I don't know if that means they're planning on making more music, but at least I can listen to them on the go.
