Thought this might be the Russian group reuniting. Unfortunately not. Sounds South American. Can't handle the vocals.

Wasn't the Russian band spelled with one 'L' (Galaxy)?

Yup. But I didn't see that until I had already listened to the tracks.

They are, Spain or Brazil if I recall.

Makes sense. Italian, Spanish, and South American vocals often sound similar.
