WARNING.... early 80s french band. Anyone know much about em?

I recently picked up a 'S/T' cd from french band Warning which i believe is an LP from about 1982, but issued on cd sometime late 80s.

 

Never heard of em before but this is an awesome disc!

In terms of sound.... 50% britny fox, 20% euro metal, 20% cinderella, 10% Ratt. (but obviously recorded before all these bands existed)

 

Anyone know much about them?

Any more albums? If so, do they sound like this one, or are they more metal?

One of the best (or THE best??) to come out of France. I have a copy of their 'Warning II' album on vinyl that I picked up on a whim when it first came out.

Good band, although not in my favorite list of french bands! Kudos to them for singing in their native language! Sortilege's " Larmes de heros" aka " Hero's tears" sung in english was a crime against music.

Are their other albums the same sound as this one?

Others say they are power metal, but this album isn't very power metal from what i hear...

In my ears, this albums can sit alongside most other late 80s heavy rock.
