  1. Hahaha the video is sad. Agree with the comments above, it must be his first ever video. Only the drummer looks cool in the video. That said, the most important thing is the song..and it is a very nice song. Ya again as you guys mentioned the chorus could have been better coz the verses are perfect but it is what it is...I ll take it.
  2. I think CDG sounds exactly how it should according to their age at that point in time and GOG and TUNGUSKA sounds exactly how they should sound according to their present age .With time they have changed their musical direction. I don't think they will ever make a fun upbeat song like 'No way without you' anymore. All 3 are great but I prefer CDG.
  3. No 'We own the night' song!! Am surprised. That's the best one on CDG! And one of the best mid tempo melodic songs of all time in MR genre.
  4. Slowly becoming one of my faves this year
  5. Both albums are fantastic but I prefer the debut so far. Have listened to the new one about 5,6 times and i think few songs won't get much play time in the coming days. My favourites are 'Give me love', 'You don't understand me', 'Until the end' and 'Tonight you are all I need'. As much as I love these songs I love my favourite songs from their debut album more. I still listen to 'Think about you', 'Things she said', 'Nothings like losing you', and 'Ghost of my old friends' to this day. For me, little things like the last part on songs 'Things She Said' and 'Nothings Like Losing You' or the way these songs end, I find it immensely catchy. It just elevates the song even more. The same structure is heard on 'Tonight you re all I need' but I prefer the other two. So ya, that sort of thing is missing on the new album. Just a small example. Production wise, this new album is better than the debut. Again, it's just personal preferences. And it's still early days. Who knows..might love the album more in coming days/weeks. But as of today, it's their debut album.
  6. Ha true..his songs are pretty much one dimensional but...two different songs so the melodies do vary(though very slightly) and the second one happens to sound better to these ears.
  7. Really nice. Better than the first one.
  8. Ha down memory lane. Watching the video after so many years.
  9. Hey Stevo, there's already a thread on Super Monaco under AOR and HARD ROCK. Here it is..
  10. Yup..my kind of tune, specially the chorus is delicious.
  11. Couple of changes... 1. Imperium - Beyond the stars 2. Lebrock - Only the brave 3. The Midnight - Lost Boy 4. Vega - Gravity 5. Super Monaco - Second Sight 6. Blessthefall - Sleepless in Phoenix 7. Ted Poley - Time 8. Midnite City - Give Me Love 9. No Sleep For Lucy - Don't Let Go 10. As It Is - The Fire, The Dark (Thanks Geoff)
  12. That's 100 times better than the first single. Really really nice!
  13. I don't mind poppy tunes if they are catchy. Can't wait to hear this...
  14. Just finished listening the whole album. Yup..it's a nice album. Was expecting atleast a couple of tracks to be as good as or better than Lost Boy(one of my faves this year) but sadly the rest all fell a tad short. America 2, Explorers and Lost Boy are my picks.
  15. It's a good album. The Devil to my angel, Running for the light, Gypsy at heart and the highlight of the album 'Time' are all gems. And the rest aren't bad either. So for me, not the album of the year but definitely a very good album.
