  1. Finally Another Rage fan!!!! I admit I haven't heard ALL their stuff yet, but of what I have heard?? Damn.. it's a tossup.. Soundchaser.. Unity.. Black in Mind are ALL good....... I guess I am gonna go with...... Black in Mind!! Just eeked out the rest because of the Excellent title track!!!! Ask Me tomorrow and I may give a different answer though......
  2. Excellent use of alliteration there My Man..... I went with Primal Fear too.. Almost went with Pantera, but their last few albums didn't do much for Me......
  3. Across the Universe Very well done, trippy movie... Good if you like The Beatles music.....
  4. The only thing I thought about when I heard that cd was "I hear Crap". I hear nothing... because I never listen to that CD. Methinks you people need to listen to "I Hear Black" again because it's quite good......although not as good as their best "W.F.O." ..... Hey I LIKE I Hear Black.. Especially "Just LIke You" Awesome tune!!!! Of course WFO does blow it in the weeds......
  5. Elizabeth The Golden Age VERY good if You are into Historical Dramas... And if You have seen the first Elizabeth from 1998.... Very VERY well done.....
  6. What about.. Kix?? I know they had alot of good albums and all that.. BUT, did they EVER get out of the Club circuit?? Hell, They SHOULD have been playing Arenas like Ratt, Motley Crue and etc.. They were at least AS good if not better...... Sure they packed those clubs, No question, but they should have been bigger, playing Arenas across the World...... Least in My opinion anyways....
  7. Glad yer diggin' it bro. Ya gotta love "Agent Green" too. "I hold the keyyyyy... to the world's security..." I'm digging their 'Blessing in Disguise' disc too. "Blessing in Disguise" is my 2nd fave M.C. disc (right behind the debut)... my fave tracks on that one are "Fake Healer," "Badlands," and "Anthem To The Estranged".... Great CD that one. How great would a re-master of that be? It kinda sounds too bassy these days... "Fake Healer" has an awesome riff! I only have one turkey from this band; "Hanging In The Balance". "Hanging in the Balance" would be much better if the production didn't suck ass. It sounds worse than "Blessing," and as Tim mentioned, the production on that one is no great shakes. "Hanging" also features the UGLIEST album cover not only in metal history, but likely in the history of recorded music... I can't even look directly at that monsterpiece... I remember the last time I saw MC live, in 1992, opening for Metallica?? they played "No Friend of Mine" Off Hanging in the Balance?? LOVED the tune, had to wait a few months, but I DID buy the CD..... Unfortunately that was the BEST song on the album.. Not that it sucked, but it wasn't AS good as I had hoped.....
  8. Wow. Would not have picked you for an Open Skyz fan at all. How did that happen? I actually have their debut CD.. Pretty good stuff honestly..... Overkill is better of course though......
  9. Eric, I do believe this is your best post ever. Great work bro. Why Thanks Keef..and remember....RANCH Yeah dude, that's friggin' phenomenal! I must concur. Best post ever!! Awesome.. Just Awesome post Man!!!!
  10. It's been years since I've drank King Cobra, but here's a review of it from the Malt Liquor authority, http://www.40ozMaltLiquor.com, to give you an idea of what you've been missing, Geoff.. "Thanks to King Cobra I am happily divorced. First because I got married while I was drunk from drinking 2 of those shits and then because my ex-wife left me when I accidentally mistook her for a baseball and I accidentally mistook the bottle for a bat. Shit like that happens when you are under the influence of King Cobra. I rate it 9 out of 10 just because it makes you hallucinate." Sounds like good stuff eh? I swear I didn't make any of that up. Makes you wonder why the band never hooked up with the brewery for an endorsement deal back in the day. Or maybe not. By the way, according to that site, there's also a malt liquor called "Hurricane"... what's with all these high powered beers taking the names of hair metal bands?? Oh Dear LORD..... THAT is some funny shit right there.... I can honestly say I don't own ONE King Kobra CD, but I DO have the Iron Eagle soundtrack which has a song by them.. Not TOO Bad actually......
  11. "Play it RANCH, don't play it low Blow your speakers... with RANCH and ROLL!" Wow NO bukkake reference with the Manowar reference..... THANK YOU.......
  12. JUST watched the Iron Maiden "Live After Death" DVD SO.... RANCH to the Hills!!!! RANCH for your Liiiiiiiiife...... RANCH to the Hills.... RANCH for you Life.......
  13. Without even reading the entire list I picked.... Overkill!!!!!
  14. Geez... she better not let go of that wall... cuz if she turned away from it, the massive weights on her chestal area would make her fall over!! Think they are real???? I don't..... Still HOT though......
  15. What?? not Nitro?????? Nitro do not now, nor have they ever, existed in my little world. And quit agreeing with every damn thing I vote for in these polls!! Ain'tcha got a mind of your own, son?? Yes I do.. Not My fault We tend to think alike... I mean.. Great minds, right??? And I KNOW When the poll for favorite O Bands gets posted We BOTH gonna pick Overkill......
  16. What?? not Nitro?????? Ok seriously now I will agree it's a toss up between Nuclear Assault and Nevermore for Me.. However I shall go with Nevermore.... They have consistently put out quality albums, and well I DO like Warrel Dane's voice..... Plus I heard the comeback Nuclear Assault album kinda sucked.. Never actually HEARD it, just read reviews and stuff.......
  17. Holy sh*t, I haven't heard that one in a LOOOOOOONG time... Not since College right?? when our late friend James played it.. Course He was stoned too, but...... That's one of those albums that you almost HAVE to listen to stoned. To TRULY Appreciate it.. Yes You do.... I, of course, Have not partaken of the whacky weed for over 5 years now.....
  18. Holy sh*t, I haven't heard that one in a LOOOOOOONG time... Not since College right?? when our late friend James played it.. Course He was stoned too, but......
  19. Backed 100% Another glaring omission in the prog rock field is Marillion. Of those listed : Magnum (by a mile!) Wow another Marillion fan..... Very cool... Love the Misplaced Childhood album.. Absolutely brilliant....... Never heard anything with the new singer though......
  20. Yep I agree.. 20 years ago I woulda said Metallica, without hesitation.... But now?? Nope, sorry..... They fell apart after the Black Album, in My opinion anyways..... SO I also went with Megadeth.. Sure they had a few not so good albums, but their latest one kicked ASS!!!!!! And yea Metal Church would be a very close second..... Come on Guys, vote more for Megadeth.. Can't let em beat Metallica......
  21. Found this link on blabbermouth.. Pics and live videos from their concert in India.... http://www.maidennorway.com/content/view/870/130/ Damn LOVE that stage set!!!!!
