  3. A Stan overload.......very nice. Heaven and Hell - The Devil You Know Nural - Entitlement
  4. Definitely a boot mate! IMO the picture quality is poor, found it frustrating to watch. Always nice to have some classic era Journey but wouldn`t have bought it or asked for it If I`d viewed the picture quality first! Im surprised you said that! I find the picture quality to be absolutely fine (except for the off strange camera angle) and the sound is good too. I mean this obviously isnt an official release, but at the same time its not the poor quality I would expect from a boot either. For £8, you cant really go wrong IMO. & as opposed to Aerosmith there really arent 'a whole raft' of these live dvds available for Journey - its pretty much a straight choice between this and the classic Houston gig, so you may as well own both Sorry Glen, I found the picture pretty poor, even though it was a boot. Great show though, classic Journey You must have a crap dvd player
  5. Ooops...didnt see the other thread.
  6. Steel Panther - Community Property 'my heart belongs to you, but my cock is community property' classic
  7. Fuck me 'Turn Out The Lights' is awesome too. Lyrics are ridiculous, but rocks like a b'stard.
  8. http://www.myspace.com/steelpantherkicksass I think these guys have been mentioned before. I must admit I was laughing at the lyrics = hilarious. 'Community Property' is fucking awesome...joke or not. Killer song.
  9. that's been going round my head all day too....killer riff.
  10. Especially 'White Noise'...great track.
  11. http://www.myspace.com/pennyroyals I like all the songs featured - sounds like it could be a goodun.
  12. Bad Habit - Another Night & Bad Habit - I Need Someone
  13. 4 tiny tiny weeny clips from the new album http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseact...logId=487168529
  14. They were GREAT back in the day (I saw them on the Point Blank tour).....still a good live band now, but not great. Well worth seeing tho. Wasn't exactly blown away by them at Firefest to be honest. They were down with Fair Warning and Winger on the list of bands that just didn't live up to expectations.... I thought they were much better than Fair Warning and miles better than Kip Wanger.
  15. Jumper to be honest I thought it was pretty shite. Didnt care one jot for HC's charater (he was a cock arse) and wished he'd got skewered by Samuel L Jackson
  16. They were GREAT back in the day (I saw them on the Point Blank tour).....still a good live band now, but not great. Well worth seeing tho.
  17. I saw Slaughter once in 89/90 ish (??) on their debut album tour at the Marquee in London. I must admit from what I recall it was fucking excellent. Never seen Faster Pussycat.........thank God.

  19. Looking at the posts above, 'The Devil You Know' seems to be throwing up different favs every day which is pretty spot on for this album. Mine for day is 'Breaking Into Heaven'............what an absolute monster tune. & Wes, just to answer your question - yes. I hear quite a few classic Rainbow influences throughout, even if this is definitely classic Sabbath (Dio era of course)...............
  20. The whole song Invincible is now streaming at their site - http://adelitaswaymusic.net/
  21. I agree with you 100%...Jorn has got more vocal talent than all of those singers. So why does he waste it singing plodding medium paced classic hard rock. What I want from him is another Worldchanger....you know songs like 'Sunset Station'. Or some more 'Millenium'....songs like 'Chasing Time', 'Superstar' etc sound awesome with him singing. Also Masterplan songs like 'Falling Sparrow', 'Black In The Burn'....this is what I want to hear.
  22. Well done Glen for seeing the light or the black..............
  23. Rainy Day In London - Boulevard
