  1. I was gonna guess Danger Danger 🤷‍♂️
  2. The good ol days at HH. I remember the thrill of finally getting Ken on the phone and telling him the story of how so many people had tried for years to find the band, and how their CD had become the stuff of legend. So grateful that they were able to get their music out to all those who’d wanted a proper copy for years. 👍 Memories…. 🎶 🎵 🥁 🎸 🎤
  3. Been listening to this one on and off over the last few days; nothing really blowing me away, but I’m enjoying it a lot more than the last few Iron Maiden releases. I am enjoying the short vids that Bruce is posting about the making of the album; I knew the album had been worked on for years, but had no idea that the majority of the tracks have been done for 14 years! 😳 VERY interesting how they achieved that sound at the beginning of “Eternity Has Failed” 😎
  4. Trying to figure this one out made me really crabby! I just wanted to yell!
  5. Yeah, I think “Stand in the Fire” is as far back as I’ll go. 👍
  6. This one snuck by me, as it came out in December last year. Released on the Steelheart Memories label, and featuring Bad Habit vocalist Bax Fehling on vocals. Scrooge is an AOR/hard rock band from Lund, Skåne County, Sweden, that was formed in 1984 Bax Fehling: Vocals, Backing Vocals, Lead Guitar Jens Lundahl: bass Cozy: Backing Vocals, Lead Guitar Jaime Salazar: drums, backing vocals Peter Nyrell: keyboards, backing vocals Orjan Wallen: lead guitar, backing vocals Sven Cirnski: lead guitar 5 Magnus Edsberger: lead guitar 6,7,9 ---------------------- 1 The Fire 2 Somebody's Calling 3 My Town 4 Blue Skies and Pain 5 Santiago 6 End of the Road 7 Pieces of a Dream 8 My Friend 8 Crying's Much Too Late 10 Right on Wrong 11 Dance Dance Dance Facebook "The Fire" "My Town"
  7. Picked up “Ultrapower”, “Play to Win”, and the self titled discs directly from the band’s website, and have been listening to them on and off over the last week or so. LOVE “Ultrapower”, and “Play to Win”, but haven’t really warmed up to the self titled. Got “Stand in the Fire” on its way too. Overall, really enjoying their recent output.
  8. Honestly never paid too much attention to these guys , but thats not bad at all 🤔
  9. Night Laser - Bittersweet Dreams
  10. Hard rockin’ blues, not jazz, to party to!
  11. Unwanted (alternate version) Love those harmonies
  12. One of many reasons “Lighting Up the Sky” was in my top 5 for 2023. 👍
  13. “We’ve Lost the Fight” As with the majority of Mr Reece’s output over the last decade or so, this gets a solid “meh” from me. 😐
  14. Both songs are fine, but due to the different vocalists, and the change up from melodic hard rock to straight AOR, it almost sounds like two different bands. I’ll keep ‘em on my radar, but slightly less enthused now…
  15. We spent some time in here after getting married in Canada...
