  1. Evidently, Tichy has joined up with Gene Simmons' solo band, and the Daisies replaced him with Tommy Clufetos who'd helped them out before. Be interesting to see how much more there is to the story....
  2. Been listening to this one on and off since Friday, and must say I'm VERY impressed. This is easily his best solo release in my opinion, and is much more melodic than his work with Creed. This one might just be this years equivalent to Godsmack for me personally i.e. late 90s musicians going in a more melodic direction and it working quite well!
  3. First, I'd recommend starting a YouTube page, uploading your songs there, and hash tagging some similar bands in your description to possibly draw in some new listeners. Second, set up a Bandcamp page. People will be able to listen to and purchase your album there. Third, and this is nitpicky, but you seem to be presenting yourself as melodic rock, when you're closer in sound to classic metal; perhaps look at getting your disc into the hands of people who regularly do metal reviews. Not saying that some folks here might not appreciate your music, but you may be going after the wrong target audience, Just my opinion there...
  4. From the Newman FB page: Newman are very excited to reveal the artwork and the release date for their new album "Colour In Sound". The UK Melodic Rock band was formed back in 1997 by Steve Newman and quickly gained a great reputation after releasing their debut, and subsequent "One Step Closer" albums. A string of high quality releases have ensued throughout the last 20 years insuring a strong and loyal following. Highly respected by fans and fellow musicians alike, this new album will add to the bands great legacy and underline the reason why Newman are considered to be one of the UK's top Melodic Rock artists. The new studio album (Newman's 14th) will be released through AOR BLVD Records on May 24th. A new single and video will be released in the coming weeks, watch this space for further news.
  5. New track "If These Walls Could Talk" featuring Dorothy
  6. So you know what ADV was being paid for his work at Frontiers? Referring to the “pittance of money on offer” implies that you do and feel that it’s an inadequate amount for the tasks performed.
  7. BON JOVI announce: “FOREVER out June 7, available now for pre-order To celebrate, our new song LEGENDARY is out now. #BonJoviForever ❤️🗡️” Tracklist: 1. Legendary 2. We Made It Look Easy 3. Living Proof 4. Waves 5. Seeds 6. Kiss The Bride 7. The People's House 8. Walls of Jericho 9. I Wrote You A Song 10. Living In Paradise 11. My First Guitar 12. Hollow Man
  8. Once again, AI is amazing and kinda scary at the same time. It is pretty surreal to listen and imagine “what if” Bon hadn’t died.
  9. The James Bond Chord @heavyharmonies One of your faves gets a mention around the 5:40 mark.
  10. From ADV's FB page: AS OF TODAY, I PART WAYS WITH FRONTIERS MUSIC SRL. I know this might sound like a shock to some, but it’s been going on for a few months now and I’m ready and glad to move on. I'm grateful for all we’ve done together in these 13 years full of music and success. The new conditions and changes created a situation that I didn’t want to be part of anymore. Still, Edge Of Forever and Vanden Plas Official are signed to Frontiers, so no worries about that. I just won't be an in-house producer/songwriter and A&R for them anymore. With Frontiers I was able to produce, work, and chart with some incredible artists like Mr.Big, Journey, Blue Oyster Cult, Night Ranger (my first #1 on Billboard), JORN, and Hardline and build incredible projects like Revolution Saints, the new successful era of Sunstorm, Iconic, Cleanbreak, Resurrection Kings, The End machine, Black Swan Band and many others. As an A&R for the label, I brought amazing artists like Marc Storace, GOTUS Music (absolutely one of the best albums I've ever worked on), Demon, Lalu, Honeymoon Suite, The Big Deal, and Nitrate, among many others, and I was also able to pitch one of the biggest metal bands of all time, Manowar. My musical future is now all for Edge Of Forever, Hardline, Jorn, and Vanden Plas, and I cannot wait to tour with ProgJect in America in June and sing with some of the best musicians on the planet! I’ll keep producing bands, writing songs, and mixing records for artists, labels, and bands, cause that’s what I love to do. 2024 will also bring my first solo album, which is absolutely different from what I’ve always done. It’s instrumental, it’s prog, there’s no guitars but the songs are filled with Hammond, Mellotron, and Minimoog. The drummer is probably the most iconic and recognizable drummer of all time, and I might be talking to a couple of guys for some guitar solos too:-) Let’s see! As you can see, there are lots of exciting things ahead and I cannot wait to see what the future will bring. I’ll see you all up the road for my next shows or in the studio to produce, write, or mix some new fantastic music! Wishing the best of luck to Frontiers for their future!
  11. Still waiting on my copy to arrive… 😒 In the meantime, here’s “Shattered Glass Heart”
  12. A message from Bob Catley regarding Magnum: https://fb.watch/qH0O8y8QIN/ Sorry for those not on FB, a copy of the video hasn't made its way to YT yet that I've found. Bob can't carry on without Tony, thus bringing an end to Magnum.
  13. Doro then. I think I made it too complicated 😜
