  1. Cedar Rapids You wouldn't think a movie about an insurance convention/awards show would be funny, but it was. Also, Anne Heche + long red hair + topless in pool = HOT
  2. My favorite Kristen Bell scene *NSFW (Language, violence) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKCEkyWGlMc
  3. Having been online for over 13 years now, I've pretty much waded through all the "junk" and have probably 10-15 sites that I frequent on a regular daily/weekly basis. I've got a lot of bookmarks, but some sites I visit once or twice a year at most....
  4. CBS has cancelled: CSI: Miami, Unforgettable, A Gifted Man, and NYC 22. CSI: NY has been renewed CBS has picked up dramas Vegas, Elementary, Golden Boy, and Made in Jersey and comedies Friend Me and Partners
  5. Well, here's the current scorecard as far as renewals/cancellations: http://tvbythenumber...-season/133799/ And a listing of shows that have been picked up for the 12/13 season (No CBS announcements yet): http://tvbythenumber...-season/133813/
  6. Been listening to this one this afternoon; wow, what a great CD! Probably my favorite Sunstorm release now, and one of the best releases so far in 2012 along with Trixter & Luley IMO.
  7. http://www.wbtv.com/...ni_Daw.facebook NFL star Junior Seau dead at 43 (RNN) - Former all-pro linebacker Junior Seau is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to media reports. TMZ is reporting a coroner is on the scene. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that a call was made to police about a possible suicide at about 10 a.m. PT. A housekeeper found the football star. "I am completely distraught over the death of my friend Junior Seau," tweeted TV producer Mike Fleiss. "He brought so much joy to everyone around him. RIP #55." Seau, who was 43, leaves behind three children with his ex-wife, whom he divorced in 2002. In 2010, Seau drove his car off a cliff after falling asleep. The accident happened the day after he was arrested on a domestic abuse charge. New England Patriot wide receiver Chad Ochocinco tweeted: "My prayers and condolences to the family of one of the NFL's greatest linebackers to ever play the game ... Junior Seau ... R.I.P." Seau played linebacker at the University of Southern California before entering the NFL draft after his junior year. He was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the first round of the 1990 draft. After playing for the Chargers for 13 years, Seau was traded to the Miami Dolphins where he played for three years. Seau retired in 2006, but when the New England Patriots called one day later, he signed with on with the team for the 2007 season. He played with the team through the 2009 season. In his 20-year career with all three teams, Seau had 56.5 sacks and 18 interceptions. The all-pro linebacker announced his retirement in January 2010. Seau was elected to 12 consecutive Pro Bowl appearances. The football star created the Junior Seau Foundation in 1992 to help prevent child abuse, educate children about drugs and alcohols, and create programs to prevent juvenile delinquency.
  8. There were a coupla tracks other than Wall Street which didn't make me want to unplug my speakers, but DAMN how the mighty have fallen. Never thought I'd say this about a Wig Wam release, but I probably won't bother getting this one.
  9. You can hear a nice preview of ALL 12 tracks from the album here: Sounds like a keeper to me!
  10. Picked up Daryl's 2011 release "Laughing Down Crying" recently, and really like this track: Anyone else pick this one up? Favorite tracks?
  11. You beat me to it! Very happy that they will get to tie up all their storylines (or as many as may be possible on a show like this!).
  12. I love that about this how it totally f@#ks with your mind. Plus most of the time what seems unrelated at the time comes back to kick you in the face a season or more later......... Last night's episode was AWESOME. Of course, anything featuring Desmond from "Lost" gets a thumbs up!
  13. Congrats man! I was jobless for almost 7 months last year, and its no fun. The uncertainty SUCKS. Glad to hear you're back in the work force.
  14. Forward his emails/messages to Ebay's Safe Harbor (or whatever they call themselves these days) and report his ass for feedback extortion.
  15. Simple Survival (Love this one ) Kill Tomorrow Arggh.... I gotta go find some stuff to break now.... brb....
  16. Wow.... completely goes against the recent news of them releasing a CD with Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst. http://www.metalunde...fm?newsid=79111 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
  17. While IV was a disappointment, Winger came back and knocked it outta the park with Karma in my opinion. A slightly more modern sound while staying true to their roots.
  18. Yeah, grind that wood baby! She's like a really good carpenter.... no wood gets wasted!
  19. I'm pretty sure Winter's Reign and Glory are not punk/ska bands (both had an album pressed on Link) The Link Records that put out Winter's Reign was from France; totally different beast.
  20. Band from Ohio that released one TAPE titled "Born That Way" back in 1992... My two favorite tracks... OK Ginger Appalachian Medicine Man
  21. Yep, I believe your theory is "dead" on. *I was reading a recap of the season finale over at EW.com, and just LOVED this section: I tried to keep track of how many zombies Daryl Motherf---ing Dixon killed. At one point, he fired eight shots at the zombie horde. Since he's Daryl Motherf---ing Dixon, we can safely assume every one of those shots killed a zombie, although it's entirely possible that he managed to kill two or three with only a single bullet.
  22. Along the same lines.... I'm not much of a country fan, but if it was all similar in style to the two songs in this thread, I'd listen to it more often.
  23. See where your faves fall on TV By The Number's "Bubble Watch": http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2012/03/11/bubble-watch-terra-nova-cancellation-doesnt-help-alcatraz-the-finder-or-fringe-too-soon-to-pronounce-awake-dead/123964/
