Yeah, bells and whistles should have gone off but they took a minute or two to kick in and I had bought it by then. Luckily I realized what I had done like 2 minutes after I bought it (that's when they went off) and I immediately contacted the seller and told them I wasn't paying unless they took paypal and he let me off the hook. I would't have even paid then, I was prepared to take the negative feedback and go on with my life.

Got on ebay this weekend - Heartless - S/T (the original pressing not the Retrospect CD-R)

Yeah, this asshole was selling a lot of stuff last month, lots of Smashed Gladys CDs and rare soundtracks. I bought a Concrete Jungle for $75 buy it now then realized who he was after the fact and was able to get out of it (surprisingly he let me out of it with no problems). The next day his ID was banned. Sorry you got screwed by this waste of skin.

I'm the odd man here and went with Waysted. Save Your Prayers is an absolute masterpiece!

Yeah, I actually found 2 copies and bought them both. You are right, excellent songs, too bad they didn't record any more. Good find. I really liked this one, but I was disappointed that it only had two tracks. I wish they had done more. They sounded like they had potential.

Well it does come sealed in Japanese plastic I've seen him sell a lot of fan club CDs. I've only dealt with him once, bought an Alleycat Scratch which was an original so I had good luck with him.

Picked up a copy of Iron Maiden - Piece Of Mind 2 CD Castle release today at the local used store for $10

Hey everyone, I leaped before I looked and bid on this guys Concrete Jungle CD he was selling. After looking closer I realized all his auctions were probably boots. I was lucky and was able to cancel my bid (he actually let me do that and was cool about it), I told him I wasn't comfortable spending that much money without using Paypal and was just a bonehead for not seeing it in his auction description. Today another person sent me a message who won an item from this guy. He saw I had bid on the Concrete Jungle so he was cool enough to try to warn me they are boots, here is his message: "Hi. I noticed you purchased a cd from glamourbubble. This seller is dealing exclusively in bootleg cd-r's. He charged me $30 for a cheap home made cd-r. I reported him to ebay and the riaa. He has been banned from paypal and has recently made his feedback private to cover up the bad feedback regarding cd-rs. As proof he has also relisted your auction which he billed as the guaranteed last one. I hope this gets to you before you send any money to this crook. Please report him to ebay. " So I just want to warn everyone so they don't get ripped off.

Well, the CD does actually skip, on the last track. I emailed him and his reply is: "All I know is that I played it on my computer and ran into no problems whatsoever. I will agree that if someone played it in their car stereo or on a portable player, then more than likely it will skip. Sorry this didn't go well. I knew I was taking a chance on it. It's time for me to realize that this business is more trouble than it's worth." So sounds like he knew it was a screwed up disc but played it down to try to sell it for as much as he could. I did offer to buy it for $30 and he could refund me $35 and he agreed (I can get it buffed here in town to take most of the scratches out). That's about as high as I would pay for this disc after it has been buffed. So hopefully all will work out OK.

OK, can anyone read the following ebay auction and tell me from the description what kind of shape this CD is in? I'm the one who won it and got it today and it is scratched to HELL! Not little ones either. More scatches than I can count, big ones and little ones. The front insert is also in pretty rough shape.
