I voted for Motley all the way. For Ratt - Invasion of Your Privacy was actually their third CD, Out Of The Cellar was their sophmore CD. Now that would be a tough call between Shout and Cellar as to which is the best sophmore CD of all time.

I had the 3 track ep on cassette back in high school, it had Slow Ride, Wasted Rock Ranger and Once Bitten Twice Shy. I have seen this 3 track EP on CD as well. Slow Ride is a kick ass song, probably better than most of the songs that made the Twice Shy album.

I agree with everyone else, Jason is one of the best guy's I've ever traded with, I'd recommend him to anyone. He has hooked me up with a LOT of great stuff. Lets hear it for Jason!

If this was an original copy it would demand much more than $100, it would probably demand in the $250-500 range, however I would not pay that much for this CD but I would pay $100 for it. It is a great CD.

Yes, if you look at what this seller sells its all high dollar CDs (not hard rock though). Looks like James hasn't changed from what I've read about him, just sent me an email about the CD he won from me. Why bid on something you can't pay for in a timely manner? Of course I already sold it to the next highest bidder. Looks like a relatively new seller and I've seen him around a lot lately on auctions, looking through their feedback I recognize a lot of familiar people (many members here at HH) who have bought & sold from him so far that left + feedback so that's a good sign. He is in Austria so it may take a little while for your payment to get there. He looks pretty legitimate to me. I totally agree, as soon as I saw that he won my CD I posted that message here so I could get him kicked right off, I didn't even bother contacting him because I refuse to do business with an asshole like him.

Yes, $250 each is WAY to high. I paid about $50 apiece for mine on ebay, they show up from time to time there so I would definitely look there first.

Hey everyone, I know this dude has been nothing but trouble for many here. He just won my Hotboy CD on Ebay, his ID is now shftr2nd46. I know he has had his Ebay ID suspended many times so how do I go about contact Ebay to let them know this guy is back and needs his new ID suspended, anyone ever done that before. Also, isn't this guy guilty of filing for his money back on Paypal even when he gets a CD?

Well, I just checked the auction and it did indeed say ©2000 Z Records/2003 CDMaximum Ltd., however, I didn't know CDMaximum = Russian Pressing. I would agree that the sellers who sell these should specifically list "Russian Reissue" or something to that effect. At least I'll be all the wiser next time. To tell the truth, I think I do remember someone saying that VoldeMart sold a lot of Russian Pressings a while back, I just forgot all about it. Guess I should have figured it out from his name as well. Oh well, didn't pay all that much for them in the first place so I'll just chalk this one up to experience since I don't want to waste more money sending them back. Thanks Stormspell & Broken Spectre for the info. By the way, the packaging is pretty good, however the pictures are all just a wee bit on the fuzzy side.

I just bought both the Burning Rain CDs on Ebay this past week from the seller VoldeMart. They are "Supposed" to be on the Z-Records label. Does Z-Records put out CDs that say they are "not supposed to be sold outside of Russia"? These discs are definitely from Russia from CD Maximum even though it does say Z-Records on the back as well. Even the inner ring right on the disc says they are not supposed to be sold outside Russia. So...I'm guessing these are not legitimate Z-Records releases are they? Or maybe they are, I've just never come across CDs like these before. I have several other Z-Record releases such as Flame - Blaze and they are not like this. Can anyone help confirm or deny if these are legitimate, I'm pretty sure they are not. Thanks, Steve

I'm with Lindsay, if it was a cheap CD like under $10 then I'd probably let it slide bit still be pissed, if it was an expensive CD ($20+) then I'd complain since 1) you paid a lot for it and 2) it will be hard or not cheap to replace with another copy. However complaining may not get you anywhere as in my case this past month. To followup on my Stranger CD that started the first version of this topic, I've emailed the seller several times after receiving the disc and not one reply. I emailed like 7-8 times before I even got the disc since shipping was so slow and didn't get a reply then. So basically I have not ever gotten an email back from this person but you can check their feedback and still see they are buying and selling stuff so. So basically the only thing I can do now is leave negative feedback and then wait for it in return probably.

I was just wondering if anyone is as picky as me when it comes to the condition of a CD? I won an auction a month 1/2 ago with the following description: Stranger- No More Dirty Deals 1991 OOP cd. The cd is in mint condition and the cover is in very good shape. Buyer to pay $4 S&H + insurance in US. FINALLY got it today but that's an entirely different issue. Anyway, the CD definitely was in great shape but did have many small scratches and the artwork was water damaged (not terribly bad but definitely stained and a bit wavy, mostly noticable when you open the booklet since the artwork for the CD is mostly brown). Am I just being to picky about the description above or do I have a right to be a bit ticked off. I did get a good buy on the CD ($19) but the shipping was a bit steep and I definitely wouldn't have bid this high if I knew the artwork was a little water damaged + the CD is not mint even though it is kinda close, I would have waited for a copy in better shape, I'm just picky that way. I'm tempted to leave neutral feedback (negative seems a bit harsh in this instance to me) but don't want to have negative given back in return. What would you guys (and girls) do?
