Similar to Amaranthe and Colton Dixon not in style, but in the fact that it's a very one dimensional CD. All songs sound very similar. Not to say they aren't all quite good, because they are. But it's hard to feel really inspired by a disc like this. The other problem is that like Slash and Colton Dixon and others this year, there are just far too many songs on it too. 16 tracks on the deluxe edition. There is one song that stands out, and that is the delightful ditty, 'Blue roses,' which get ready for it - reminds me of Belinda Carlisle! lol, not joking, though.

 

Anyway, it's a good solid album - exactly what you expect from them; love it or hate it.

 

But yeah, I do like this song a lot:

Screaming on a Flyleaf album? Did they ever have screaming on their CDs? I can't even recall that. Either way, there is none at all on this album, nor do I think there was on the last. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's a pretty mellow disc... not even close to any screams.
