I had a release from a band called Tattoo once too. I can't for the life of me think it was called, but neither of those 2 titles sounds familiar. I think it was recorded live if I recall correctly. Big help, hey?

Here they are...I had the "Blood Red" CD. It was pretty good but I sold it anyway. Turns out the wife of the bass player bought it for her husband one Christmas...Same name on the check so I believed her (this was before PayPal).

Yep, that's the band and that 'Live: Out Loud' CD was the one I had. But like you, Chris, I also sold it. I can't remember it being quite as bad as my mini-review () but I did get rid of it pretty quick so maybe it was. Haha.

yes this band is awesome and as I own both discs in question and when I bought WHITE TRASH NEIGHBORHOOD it came out in a slimline jewel case I was told that is the way it was released because it was released as a promo only the best of their 3 releases in my opinion.

Yes, same band that did the 3 cds. "KOTWTN" was only ever available on a promo basis on the slimline case.

I believe HH member Anamal ( Danny ) is a great friend of the band & may still be able to hook anyone wanting "KOTWTN" on CD.

Rock on! :beerbang:

Thanks for the help everyone! I would love a copy of the KOTWTN or the mp3's if anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it!

Yeah, judging by Anamal's comments on the main page of the site it sounds like it may be the pick of the lot. I'd be interested to hear it too, based on those comments. :)

HUGE Kudos to Anamal for hooking me up so my ears could experience this one! Very much Kix sounding with maybe a dash of Helix and Revenge-era Kiss.

Good stuff! :banger:

Thanks again Anamal!!! :woot:

    • It's ok. I think people know I am a massive Crue fan, and I like a lot of stuff by them that people hate (the Generation Swine album for example) but the only newer original song I have cared about them in recent years was The Dirt. Everything else has been either meh or crap. I did also like their cover of Like a virgin, which I know a lot of peeps didn't like, so it's not like I am just craving the good old days. I would be happy if we could get a song close to Afraid, Saints of Los Angeles or the aforementioned The Dirt. I think songs like that will be few and far between sadly.
    • Have to agree. Although my expectations were that it would be absolutely horrible like Dogs of War lol. Still far away from classic Motley Crue but I at least made it all the way through this one so that's a positive. Still nothing to write home about but at least it rocks fairly well and there's a semblance of a song there.
    • Just ordered!   All three Magic Dance EPs (Another World, Kiss Scene and Haunting Me) combined into one CD. All new artwork, lyric booklet and three bonus tracks. Silver-pressed replication CD.     https://magicdance.bandcamp.com/album/magic-dance-the-eps
