The ULTIMATE Eonian Records Sampler
whiskeyblooze replied to SUICIDE's topic in Shout it to the World!
I've got to ask whats stalling the 'Snakeskin Cowboy release? they were one of the first bands listed on eonian's site.. who I believe is also based out of Indianapolis, IN, just thought the hometown band would have a leg up. I'm bias though, they're a favorite of mine -
Happy Birthday folks

Sad news forsure, rest In Paradise Kelly. We never spoke on a personal level (my choice) but spoke regularly about music, having similar tastes. We lost contact as he was branching into rarer music real quick & I'll admit, I got pretty upset when he wanted so much money for cd's & I never had anything he needed, but that was on me, haha. Good, honest person & our conversations/ deals will be kept in mind as he helped me add numerous discs to my collection

Legacy - Legacy (1996) http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/legacyrock

I did search through a number of threads, nothing negative to what I scanned. screamercd does have 100% feedback but if you browse past feedback you'll notice the same titles/ CDs.. everything looks legit and its mentioned discs are originals. I'm only asking because there are many rare listings & I'd consider holding off on a big purchase if this seller has additional copies. Who has purchased from & recommends dude http://myworld.ebay.com/screamercd/

Wanted to give everyone a heads up on both bands, Legacy - Legacy (1996) Legacy is a three piece Hard Rock band hailing from Toronto, Canada.. different from the just released Eonian records 'Legacy.. Surprised there hasn't been much talk if any about them, they seriously rock The album is silver pressed if you dig their music http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/legacyrock Railjack Unions album always seemed to sell well when auctioned.. So its cool to see theyre selling the selftitled & plan on releasing new material. Looking forward to more from these guys, I've owned an original for a couple years now so I'm unsure if the CDbaby release is silver pressed. Regardless I know they will gain some new listeners Heres what Dave (Guitarist) posted over at sleazeroxx Thanks for the kind words. I am a founding member and songwriter/ guitarist for Railjack Union. We have 2 more albums coming out shortly. "Room 101" recorded in 1996 and never released previously, will be released mid 2010 "Don't Drop Your Rockets" is being currently recorded and will be released late 2010 or early 2011. We are available on itunes and CD Baby. Great to see that classic hard rock is still alive and well Dave Cheek, Guitar Railjack Union http://www.myspace.com/railjackunion http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/RailjackUnion

whiskeyblooze replied to BrianJ8173's topic in Shout it to the World!
I agree with all positive on Dr. Grind, what a smokin album.. I'm not one to play songs on repeat nor listen to a disc more than one time through but I've had it playing constant. Great job Eonian & the band for getting this released to the masses.. now I'm just waiting for a final release date on that 'Snakeskin Cowboy -
How about 'Snakeskin Cowboy, still TBD on the site.. any date set or chance it will come out before the end of this year

Cool thread.. Since all the talk of 'Velvet Revolver in need of a new vocalist, I've been curious.. what ever happened to 'Rod Jackson who fronted Slash's Snakepit Ain't Life Grand release. & why has he not been considered To answer my first question, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rod_Jackson still wondering why has he not been considered for Velvet Revolver

I can honestly say I would rather be in a bar listening to someone play the blues over a rock concert.. unless of course there are big name acts on the bill, 'Ratt Great White Scorpions Journey etc

Congratulations to Eonian & the bands getting these albums released! I definitely look forward to purchasing some of the future on deck releases.. For those of us not interested in picking up originals of every CD, I'm curious when these will be available on emusic & Itunes. Thanks
