For my taste mastedon is better because this album is full of ballads..Nice ballads.But this song....Is the best song i've ever heard from John!!!

You might not think so, this is pretty lite AOR stuff & there are too many ballads really. I'd take this over the Mastedon, just about, on sheer quality alone (plus I think that one is ever-so-slightly overrated) but it's really all about personal taste and how much guitar you like. One things for certain, if you like your music with big hooks/melodies (and flawless vocals) then "Windows of Heaven" is just about one of the best things you could ever buy IMO.
