Of those new tracks, "Grateful" is the better offering, bringing back some "pop-rock" melody to their sound. "Loves Symphony" is pretty much a throwaway filler track. I probably won't skip it every time ... but I'll skip it sometimes. Listening to all the samples on iTunes, it's clear there are some better tunes on the album--though little that competes with their glory days--so I'm not sure why they didn't lead with those. And, oh yeah, still nearly impossible to understand what Michael Sweet it wailing on about. He's still got a good, powerful voice ... but his enunciation is shot to hell. -

If you’re not streets ahead, then you’re streets behind 😜 -
Yeah definately a solid record, maybe not as good as the debut but I'm really enjoying it.

Listened to this twice tonight and like the last album it's great. This is definitely more AOR than the 2022 album. Difficult to believe he plays all instruments. V talented dude.

not getting the nordic thing at all. Think you're confusing them with Eclipse 😉 Some killer songs on this. Not sure if it's as good as the last album but it's streets ahead of most stuff this year.
