  1. So Geoff,

    how are we?

    Theres some Cauterize on secondspin...

granted that was months ago and has already been sold but still... its valid.

Thanks mate. I'll do a lot with that information. You got any hints on how to turn back time?

Is it just the two of us here now? Has Lindsay gone too? This is kind of romantic, don't you think? Do you want to close the curtains?

Linds is back now... the pervert!

You bastards... talking about me in a thread I don't read!

  2. I placed an order with cd baby from their $5 bargain bin....

    BRASS KITTEN: Across America

    DANGER: In Control

DIAMOND LANE: Cut to the Chase

    DIRTY ANGELS: Flash A Go-Go

    GRAFITE: Grafite

MOTOR CITY ROCKERS: Rollin & Tumblin

    SUSPICION: Live at the Troubadour

All $5 each..... but I threw in 1 full priced disc. Diamond Lane - they've just released a 2nd (myspace download only at this stage) produced by Johnny Lima and are getting super reviews. Thought I'd grab the debut whilst I could.

Are you the only person in the world who has heard of these?

Danger are another swedish band. Somehwere between glam/sleaze and metal.

Supsicion, I grabbed one of their other discs a while back and thought it was quite good, so grabbed the live disc. (cdr I believe)

Some of the others... I liked the samples so grabbed them for $5.

A lot of other looked interesting , but once I listened to samples they wnet straight back in the bargain bin.

  4. Just announced upcoming tour of Hurstville Bowling Club by Cauterize...

    lol. Fight me now.

How much were WASP tickets, Lindsay? I thought about seeing that but forgot. They played 'The Crimson Idol' from start to finish, hey? And that was it?

Not 100% sure but I think they were about $90. I mighta gone and seen them for $50 at a club, but not $90 in an empty theatre sized-venue.

  5. Apparent WASP pulled 350 people to their show here in Adelaide. Official numbers!

330 tix pre-sold and another 20 on the night.

Whitesnake had a bit better turnout I hear, but not too many their either.

If they'd booked smaller venue, they'd be able to do cheaper tix, paying people.

  6. What say you, Lindsay? You still got any spare copies lying around for your brother from another state. And mother... and era. In fact, there's quite a few differences, hey? Either way, can you guide me to a practically free copy? :)

Will see what I can do.

I don't have any spare copies left, but I'm sure Craig still does. He only ever pressed 500 of them - more as a promotional tool really, but last I knew he wanted to record something a bit heavier. I should be able to still get one, but whether it'd be free...

  7. bb steal

What about Australia? Will they play in Australia?

    just south australia :beerbang:

that's right...the rock capital of this great nation!

the big rock might be in the centre of australia, but the hard rock's down south!

Excellent idea. Tour Europe, but not your homeland.

I dare say they they'll do some shows in Oz aswell.
