Well i can tell you their are other very disturbing things about Arwine......Some have not come to light yet, but they will eventually........He is as worthless as one person can be......I have gotten to where i email all people who bid on my auctions and get their contact info if i do not know them.......And if anyone has an address in Red Lion,PA, well they get nixed from the get go..... Danny I have noticed several sellers of late listing the item i the US and then the payment has to be sent outside the US......I always steer clear of those unless i know the person......There are a couple of japanese sellers who have family in hawaii and have the cd's shipped from there but the payment goes to japan.......But like you said those kinda things do throw up a red flag...... Ok just to let everyone know, things have been taken care of with Donna and the cd ......It was a huge misunderstanding which has been totally cleared up now......She is one of the best traders i have ever dealt with.......So there should never be any doubt in dealing with her on ebay or thru HH.......I just wanted to clear all this up and it is water under the bridge.......thanks to Staryder1 and whiplash for helping us get this crazy situation all straight.......... WELL TO ME IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE PRICE THAT I PAID FOR THE CD.....IF I PAY $30-$40 I WANT IT TO BE LIKE NEW AND NOT SCRATCHED AND THE ARTWORK ALL MESSED UP........BUT LIKE IT HAS BEEN SAID IF I PAY $5 I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR WHICH IN SOME INSTANCES CAN BE A "COASTER"...... LATER LON

I TOTALLY AGREE, A SELLER NEEDS TO LIST THEM AS A RUSSIAN PRESSING INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING "IMPORT" IN HIS/HER DESCRIPTION......SOME SELLERS DO LIST IT AND PEOPLE DO NOT READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION AND THEN GET ALL PISSED OFF BECAUSE WHEN THEY RECEIVE IT, IT IS A RUSSIAN PRESSING.....THEN WHO'S FAULT IS IT?????? Recently I got the chance to buy a copy of Bedroom Love-Dreams Can Be Real from a person i have done alot of business with in the past both on and off of ebay......I have always had great experiences with her buying from me and also i have bought things from her........Well I paid her on 9/26/05 and was told she was going to ship the cd via Priority Mail.......Well here it is a month later and i have not received the cd and she will not return my emails, so unfortunately i have now turned it over to paypal to try and recoop my money.........Some of you may know her, as i think shes either does or use to frequent HH......Her name is Donna Terrill and she lives in CA, and her ebay ID is "lowdesertmules".........I hope it is just a mistake, but after almost a month and no replies to the 8 emails i have sent i am afraid i have been ripped off......So i would beware of dealing with her..... Having purchased the Blue Tears from David and Suncity Records, they have put together a great product from the remastering of the cd to the artwork and packaging of the cd...... ....Nothing against Sam and Retrospect, i just have a hard time with "reissues or any issues" for that matter being done on a CDR format.....to me it is taking the cheap way out......No offense is intended like i said to Sam or Retrospect at all..........
