Ron and the band are working on getting the whole back catalog reissued, and also releasing a live cd from their last tour of japan plus alot of other things.......He is quite pissed over the Greek Bootleg as well as the one "century-moon" is selling......But actually with them being in other countries there is not alot he can do about it.......But like you said, the least they could of done was recorded it........

Ok folks, wanted to give the heads up on another seller bootlegs on Ebay......The Sellername is " century-moon" .......i bought a copy of Keel-s/t from him and it is the most horrible boot i have ever soon.......I have sent him several emails and he has yet to reply......The booklet and tray card are blurry as hell and the printing on the cd is so far out of center my 10 year old son could have done a better job, and the sound quality, well let's say a crackling cassette sounds better.........Avoid like the plague......... Not trying to argue with you my friend, but anyone intentionally selling bootlegs on-line to unsuspecting buyers is a piece of shit in my book. If you want to buy boots, CD-R's, whatever, in order to save some money, good for you and fine by me. However, if someone tries to peddle that crap on me disguised as an original it's a whole different story. The Mona Lisa is a God-awful ugly painting, but I'd certainly hang the original in my house. And yes the way it is listed can very misleading, i am not accusing you of trying to screw anyone over or trying to find something that is not there, read it yourself, but i am sorry and "original" is not a cdr. But to each their own...........

I'm not T-Bone or Dan....But i have read thru your post.....I am not trying to start any kind of argument, but by reading the description, one could be very misled....... Toward the top is says "First Released 1990....Reissued 2005 by Retrospect Records" .......Then if you read further down under the "Payment Info".....It states "Original cd not a homemade cd-r"......But aren't most Retrospect reissues Cdr's?........Although it may not be a homemade cdr and pressed at a plant somewhere it is still a cdr, so how can you say it is original......Figgy you were wise for posting this, and like i said i am not trying to stir anything but, but it is very misleading........

Since you refunded his payment and Ebay granted you the FVF, there is not anything he can do. He did not respond within the alotted days so that is his problem. I always avoid buyers who want something sent to a "different" address unless i know them. I would just forward all the info over to Ebay's Safe Harbor with his threats etc. And that will cover you all the way around.... Later Lon

That is totally understanding, to me the point of it just being available is awesome news......to me the prices are not the problem.....Like the ones that are cdr's that have been selling for $49.99, and i know because it may be because they are printed in small quanities, but for a cdr that is insane, if all his others were silver pressed it would be well worth the money to me......Again not knocking Sam by any means, i and glad he is able to put all this stuff out..... Great to see it is going to be silver pressed......I to have had nothing but great service from Sam and i think it is great that he is putting out all this killer releases.....But i just have an issue with them being cdr's......It is just my opinion, but to me a reissue should be a regular silver pressed cd......But like i said i am glad Sam is doing well with this wish him nothing but the best...... Ok is it me or is dude going to keep using some kind of a variation of his original i.d. .....I mean i have noticed several that have "356" at the end of beginning, damn does dude not realize this throws up a red flag everytime....either that or it has something to do with "clctr"......He apparently is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.......hahahaha.... Jason......no need for you to apologize, nor was this pointed at you or anyone else in particular, hell i have no problems with you or anyone else.........And i am glad you brought this up......My point is, and it happens anytime someone brings up someone selling cdr's, they jump all on that one person, when in reality alot of people who come here have been guilty of doing so in the past and possibly still doing it, yet no one says anything about them........Just calling an ace and ace and a spade a spade.........So don't take it as it was pointed at you because it wasn't...... I checked out that auction and of course when i saw the "not silver" pressed it turned me away........ With said, and not trying to start a big argument, but there are many people selling cdr's or for the point of being politically correct "non silver pressed" cd's, and some are from this very community, but they catch no grief for it.....And what about the artist themselves, some of them sell cdr's, yet very few catch any heat over it.....and i know what i am going to hear next, "they own the material", so, like that is supposed to matter to the fans.......My point is this, if you are going to complain about someone selling cdr's on ebay or anywhere else for that matter then start here with the people who do it, then move on and slam everyone on ebay for doing, let's not just pick out one person.........But then again, i guess if it is "a buddy of someone's" then it makes it ok right?????
