  1. How is that? Not too bad. I am not a big fan of live albums but Trixter is heavier live than on album and it shows in this one.
  2. Took the kids to Wal-E The middle sort of drags. I give it a 6 out of 10.
  3. Never Surrender is a solid tune.
  4. Chris (my buddy that will be making the trip with me) and I are taking Friday off so we should be down in plenty of time to have a few coctails before the show. We are at least four hours from Rick's house so we will plan for that and the 4 pm gate opening. I can hardly wait!!!! It will be an awesome party!
  5. Nice. Seen them last night Dave! Let me know what you think of the show as they have two new members. Don is curious about what others think of the new sound. Sounded good to me but its hard to replace Wild Mick behind the skins. Spinnin' Slaughter~ The Wild Life (They were VERY good last night too!)
  6. My take on Nostradamus is that I like it but don't love it. I have the deluxe edition which comes in a nice book format about the size of a dvd case. Nice packaging and artwork. Not much of a storybook though. No meat about what the entire album is about and the predictions etc. It's more of what its like to be him. I guess that is the angle the band went for which is cool. I would have liked a bit more info on him though other than a short two page retrospect. All lyrics are represented. The music is great on disc one. It tires a bit on disc two. Well worth the price however and its good to hear new music from the Priest.
  7. I am likely in the minority here but I really dig the S/T album. Kelly is a really cool guy too. He's hilarious and a great vocalist that just did not get a chance.
  8. Gearing up for the concert tomorrow night. Dokken~ Lightning Strikes Again
  9. Sorry I haven't made it over to Deadwood yet but probably will sometime before the end of the summer. We are heading over to SFalls to Dakota Rockfest and meeting up with Rick, Chad and Pete. It's gonna rock man! Can't wait! Welcome back as I am guessing your average weekly posts will be going through the roof since there is nothing else to do around your new digs
  10. Motley~ SOLA Priest~ Nostradamus Whitesnake~ Good To Be Bad
  11. Again.... You know I just cannot stop myself from playing this album. It is like a cross between the new Whitesnake and classic Dio. Good stuff.
  12. So I guess you will be helping others after what.....two, three hours Rick?? Not everyone drinks the Silver Bullet in SD Rick so you may have to lower your standards to help out friends in need
  13. Jorn~ Lonely Are The Brave Damn, pretty good stuff
  14. Holy crap I've got 3 out of those 5 in my car stereo... ...followed by: Hardcore Superstar - Dreamin' in a Casket Brother Cane - s/t See, we have good taste! Brother Cane~S/T is excellent.
  15. Dokken~ LSA Marcello/Vestry~ S/T Rockarma~ Bring It! Whitesnake~ Good to be Bad Saints of the Underground~ Love the Sin, Hate the Sinner
  16. Journey~ Revelation Dokken~ Back In The Streets
